Platinum Physical Therapy - Milford

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Platinum physical therapy at the gym. Jennifer was outstanding and performed my initial assessment. I initially had some apprehension because I had been to other physical therapists in the past with only short term results. Jennifer assessed my issues and decided on an approach that had not been considered in the past. Working with her and Megan while Jennifer was on vacation has helped me progress beyond what I initially thought was possible. Working with Jennifer and Megan while Jennifer was on vacation helped me progress. Jennifer and Megan's styles both complement each other and each provided me valuable advice towards my recovery. I was met at each session with a smile and positive energy, which helped me remain positive during my sessions. I highly recommend Platinum physical therapy at the gym without any reservation.

Fantastic experience: I go to Platinum Physical Therapy for therapy on my surgically repaired right shoulder rotator cuff. The facility I use is located in Milford Ma, inside the The Gym on East Main Street. I have been so pleased with my therapist Meghan. She is extremely PASSIONATE about her work and pleasing her clients. Before my first session she took the initiative to go to my surgeon’s website and printed and studied their recommended protocol for all the different exercises, technics, and timelines on when to perform them. I have made excellent progress on my shoulder, and I would never be so far along without Meghan’s help. There are two other women who work at the facility. Jen who is also a therapist, and Jessica who is the receptionist. All of them are always so pleasant, helpful, and friendly, creating an enjoyable and fun atmosphere when going through your therapy. Jen and Meghan work extremely together and share ideas and thoughts on building the best programs for their clients. Jessica has been extremely helpful in finding appointment times to fit into my busy schedule, and has also helped me with calling my surgeon’s office to renew my prescription for additional therapy. Fantastic experience: I went to Platinum Physical Therapy for rotator cuff and bicep tendon rehab. Everything from scheduling, to being given at home exercises to do was great. I had Jen for my therapist and she was tremendous! I was worried about getting better, especially how I was at the beginning of my therapy sessions. However now that I am done my sessions at Platinum I feel so much better. Remember you the patient have to hold up your end of the bargain during rehab...meaning doing the at home exercises as well as the in person therapy sessions. Thanks again to Jen and everyone else at Platinum!!

Fantastic experience: My 15 yo daughter had an ankle injury from a soccer accident. Both Jen and Megan, from the Milford office, were superstars! My daughter absolutely loved working with Jen. She was kind, relatable, and really understood what my daughter needed. My daughter was actually sad when treatment ended because she loved working with them so much! I would 100% refer them to anyone with PT needs!

Fantastic experience: I cannot find all the words to describe how absolutely wonderful and professional Dr.Jenn is. I just finished my 2 month physical therapy journey and she was so accommodating and worked well to get me the best plan for my recovery! I highly recommend her!
