With Katrina's patient guidance, great depth of knowledge and experience, we were able to surpass my highest expectation of recovery from a injured and deteriorating lower back. Going into the PT, I was going to be happy if I was able to get back to hiking. I am currently in the middle of a return to running program that is going great, provided by Katrina of course, and could not be happier.
