Sapphire Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I had never seen a PT or undergone really any sort of PT work before coming into Sapphire in January, so I didn't have any expectations. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Bailey on an IT Band issue that had shut me down totally from running in the past. From the very first day I went in, I was blown away by the whole process that we went through for Bailey to trouble shoot the issue and identify target problem areas so that we could begin the healing process. Muscle can be grown on your own in a gym, but confidence isn't gained as easily. After a few months of work, Bailey helped me achieve both of those things. This winter and spring I was able to train harder and run further and faster then I ever have in my life before, with confidence and without pain, thanks to her work. Needless to say, I can't say enough good things about Bailey or the rest of the staff that I dealt with at Sapphire.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sapphire Physical Therapy a short time after 10 weeks of PT for thigh/buttock pain with mediocre results. The first day of treatment, Jesse accurately diagnosed tendinopathy of hamstring and outlined a specific approach he would apply to treat the condition. I experienced gradual improvement immediately to a point of about 95% improvement for this difficult to treat condition. Of course this treatment includes a home exercise routine that must be followed. I expect to achieve complete correction of this condition over time with continued home exercise. I highly recommend Sapphire PT and Jesse for PT and John for dry needling therapy - - professional, courteous, timely and extremely competent.

Fantastic experience: Something I experienced in middle school running cross country and again when I first tried running recreationally as an adult with a desk job, had me put running on hold and looking for a physical therapist in February. I chose well! I worked with one person over the course of a couple months to treat my Achilles and doing home exercises to get myself back into commission and then they worked with me while I trained for my first marathon. Every exercise was explained in how it would help me, we took it all step by step and incrementally upped the difficulty which made me into a more well rounded runner. Everyone was courteous and respectful, but kept it fun. Ultimately, I burnt myself out halfway through my training plan but three half marathons in two months were result enough and by no means were from the work we did. If I ever need physical therapy again I know I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: I was having on and off hip issue from running for over a year. I decided to try the running analysis at Sapphire PT. Within a week, after a slight change in my biomechanics, my pain was gone and I am running pain free again. Sapphire PT offers high quality and timely PT care, and is one of my go to places, especially with running and sports related injuries.

Fantastic experience: I'm a cyclist with knee pain. My doctor prescribed pt because I wasn't interested in pain medication. Sapphire was very easy to schedule around my work schedule specifically Anya Gue willing to meet me at 7am in the dark. She worked quickly, knew her stuff, and I never had a single doubt as to her expertise. She answered my questions, returned my emails within 24 hours, and even laughed at my stupid jokes. I would recommend Sapphire, and Anya Gue, to anyone.
