Fantastic experience: This is the first time I've ever seen a chiropractor. Dr Adams gave me an adjustment and it brought me to tears. Not sad tears, not pain. But complete Bliss. I suppose he found an area that I've been storing emotion. I highly recommend anyone who's contemplating seeing a chiropractor. To follow through. It's equally as satisfying to seeing a talk therapist. I couldn't be happier about choosing integrative medical.

Fantastic experience: Appreciate So Much For The Treatments Received
Negative experience: Very disappointed. I initially responded to their ad regarding an initial consultation for spinal decompression. I was told incorrect information by the AI bot they have monitoring their line. I figured I would excuse that because there was a doctor that messaged me with the correct info, apologized for the and offered that I call the office to schedule. I actually called the office, explained what I was calling for, and the person answering the phone sounded a little puzzled and stated they would need to transfer me. So I was on hold for a couple of minutes. The person that came on the line gave me totally different information than What was listed in the new client spinal decompression offer. This time it was a live person. There are too many inconsistencies. I would think the office staff or whoever answers the phone etc would be knowledgeable on any promotions that you are currently offering. So although IMCC is very convenient and close to where I live I will not be utilizing this office. It's very important to me, to show consistency and accuracy when being introduced to a new service. I do hope that others seeking out alternative modes of rehabilitation, don't have the same thing happen when considering your facility.

Negative experience: Horrible service. My appointment was at 10:45am. At 11:30am I asked how much longer. Lady at the desk tells me 15 more minutes. It’s now 11:45am. I ask again how much longer. Lady at the desk says another 15 minutes. It’s now 12:00pm and still waiting. I told the lady to give me my refund and I left this place. What is the point of making an appointment if they don’t attend you at your appointment time. Waited over 1 and 15 minutes for nothing. Not returning to this place. Just my personal experience.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how much Dr Sarah has helped me! Not only is she understanding and caring about my back issues, every time I see her, I feel much better after leaving. Although I was skeptical at first I also had the shockwave treatment for my plantar fasciitis. For several months and counting my foot has been without any pain! Thank you Dr. Sarah! I really appreciate you. Lastly, I also want to thank the office staff. When I have pulled my back out and in a lot of pain, they also find a way to squeeze me in for an appt.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Anthony Pirritano since a car accident in 1990. He is the best chiropractor that I have met or known. I am very hard to Adjust. My weight has varied from 343 to 198 & back to over 300 lbs so I am hard to twist & adjust. My lower lumbar back & my neck have been corrected & saved by Anthony Pirritano several times to the point of not having to have surgery & back to playing golf again. If you have severe disc herniation, including sciatica, the cervical or thoracic areas, you should see Anthony Pirritano & ask about the DRX 9000 or the other services beyond the normal chiropractic services. He has set his offices to have many options to treat your non surgery needs without covering things up with drugs that mask the pain & are addictive and don’t correct the problem. Fantastic experience: I had to go here for acupuncture as I had gotten hurt at work. I’ve never had to wait longer than 5 min. They are quick, efficient, the doc is fantastic. He is always making sure that I am the number one concern. Tells me to make sure I complain if I am uncomfortable . That his main concern is that I’m comfortable. I’m in and out of my appointment. He’s knowledgeable about my care and is just all around great! He also use to be a massage therapist which is my profession so I was glad we were able to chat together and talk massage.

Fantastic experience: Was having trouble with my back and the other Chiropractor I was seeing was just repeating the same treatment over and over again. I found Integrated Medical Center of Corona and was introduced to Dr. Sarah. She listened to my needs when I came in and provided a treatment plan. I explained the issues I had prior with the other chiropractor and she documented and addressed my needs accordingly. Dr. Sarah is small but mighty and adjusted me and my areas of concern. Within 3 to treatments I was pain free again. She also suggested I get a therapeutic massage. I had to wait a couple weeks for the massage but my masseuse Heather wrenched out the knots and tension in my shoulders and neck and made me feel amazing. I highly suggest Dr. Sarah and Masseuse Heather for your treatment! Thank you ladies for making me feel better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pirritano and staff have taken great care of us for almost 2 decades. No one adjusts me as well as he does, although he has several other skilled associates in his practice. We are getting ready to move to Arizona and will definitely come back for a visit when we are in town. I tried to convince him to move to Arizona with us but he said no, lol.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Integrated Medical after a serious car accident we were involved in. They got us in right away and took very good care of us. They made every effort to make sure any physical issues were found and addressed through testing and examinations. We had wonderful doctors though out our treatment and they were supportive during every step of our recovery. A very professional and personable staff. I highly recommend them for both specialized care as well as chiropractic treatment if you’ve been injured in anyway.
