Fantastic experience: I have been working in the HR Department at Village Health & Rehab for 2 years. This company truly values their employees, allows for advancement/upward mobility, and has a strong emphasis on recognizing and rewarding great performances. Solid communication amongst departments allows for employee input which is imperative for our continued growth and cohesiveness as a team. Everyone plays an important role to achieve our Platinum Service standard for our Residents. They offer amazing benefits, incentives, bonuses & student loan repayment programs. Fantastic experience: I have been with Village just about 2 years, and with the company for 4. It has been the most rewarding and fun experience Ive ever had. The amount of learning I've accomplished and the growth I've made is dedicated directly to The Village. Everyone here works together as not just a team, but a family. Fantastic experience: I have worked at Village for 6 1/2 years and for The Goodman Group for almost 19 years. Working here has been an awesome experience. I love the people I work with and the residents have been like seeing my grandparents every day! I feel like we are a family. When I wake up in the morning I don’t think “I HAVE to go to work” I think “I GET to go to work”! I love being here with my work family! Our Executive Director is fantastic! She is on the ground with boots on. She knows each resident, their likes and dislikes. She delivers a news letter herself to each resident every day so she can put eyes on them every weekday. She listens to their concerns and tries to make this place a great place to live and work for everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been working at Village Health and Rehab for the last 2 years and I have been never been more proud to tell others that I work here. The minute you walk in the front door you can feel the warmth,happiness, laughter and joy that fills the halls. Residents and staff laughing and joking together, giving each other hugs. The staff here make every day memorable for our residents. This is a HOME full of love not a nursing home.
