Fantastic experience: Thank you for your services.

Negative experience: Extremely frustrated with this place! My child has OT only twice a month online with this office and his school is contracted with them so they get their money regardless for each student. They consistently switch out the therapist and the zoom link and don’t show up on time if at all. I’ve complained multiple times about this issue and they don’t do anything about it. Very unorganized and unreliable. This is the ONLY group of therapists that I have ever had this problem with. I am going to complain to the school and ask to have my son switched to another company.

Positive experience: Es muy buena clínica mi único inconveniente es que deberían regular mejor su aire acondicionado ya que lo penen demasiado pero demasiado frío y eso a menudo origina que los niños estén durante las terapias tociendo y en lo personal mi hijo cada semana lo enferman de tos por estar respirando el aire tan frío

Fantastic experience: My son has autism. He recently started here and loves the staff. We came from a different facility that had horrible therapists and customer service. It was a long wait to get in but well worth the wait. Great attitude and works well with my child. Hes seen 5 different therapists here and all have been fantastic. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very discouraging. We spent almost a month setting up an appointment. We were told they received insurance authorizatio.. Filled out extensive personal medical information, forms. Made an appointment. Received a call to confirm our appointment to then get an email on Friday at closing (same day we got call of confirmation) that our appointment was canceled. No explanation. Had to call/email several times to find out they are now not accepting insurance. That part is out of their hands, but should have been caught at beginning of process. Lots of precious time wasted for a child in need of services.

Fantastic experience: All the therapists are very nice they the kids a lot

Negative experience: Have been told multiple times my son was on a waist list but seems as if he never was , then it’s always full no one ever contacts me when they say they will , this place is unprofessional always given a new run around.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful to have worked with Yara! She was so gentle and patient with our daughter. The facilities were also very clean, organized and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this place for my Toddler. He is on the Spectrum and non verbal. He has made so much progress it’s amazing! He says so many words now, can work on puzzles, uses his utensils correctly and so much more. I am so appreciative of all his therapist here. Maggie, Brittney, and Marielle have helped him so much on this journey. I know they really love their job! Trey has also done a few sessions with my son and he loves him! I recommend this place to everyone I can.

Fantastic experience: We love all our therapists at Leaps they are very professional and charismatic. Denny goes above and beyond expectations he is creative and has a unique approach to meet their OT goals.
