Negative experience: I’ve been going here for a couple years now for a Workers Comp case I’ve done so many QME’s. I’ve had so many visits but my experience from yesterday 1219 2024 was the worst literally driving an hour to get to that facility for what was my eighth QME Getting there an hour early because I know I have a large packet of paperwork being there for almost 3 hours and an MA walk in telling me the doctor is not even there! This is very disappointing and upsetting! I work in the medical field, so I get Waiting for an appointment I have waited in the past up to two hours Or so, but I’ve been trying to close my case out for two years and this shit keeps happening, With my Visits reports, etc., etc.

Negative experience: Typical Worker’s Comp provider. Employees are not welcoming. Just moving around people around like cattle. DrMauro is nice and seems effective. Definitely not a facility I would choose. 8/27 appointment w/ Dr. Perez. I was 20 mins early was called back 25 minutes late. I approached front desk on the first floor to check on status on my appointment, The woman who checked me in had a bad bad attitude. She’s always is unfriendly. I think she doesn’t like her job. At this point I realized she did place my chart in back office to be called back. Next time she’s rude to me I will call her out. Then escalate with her boss. Also these people have messed up my appointment times twice. Dr. Mauro wasn’t happy either.

Fantastic experience: The 2- young ladies at the second floor receptionist desk were very helpful. They both got me in and out with no problems and my next appointment scheduled, also paper work in hand ! Thanks Much Richard Antillon

Positive experience: I really appreciate Dr. Mauro. On my first appointment I was impressed by him! He obviously is very knowledgeable and he is kind, but on my second appointment, I had some serious questions regarding my options for treatment vs back surgery and as I was asking them he was getting up to leave the room. I felt very rushed. I felt insignificant. I did not appreciate that he made me feel as if I was taking too much of his time. This is MY back we are talking about!! I hope that he recognizes how bad he made me feel. As for your staff- I appreciate Ms. Yvette at the Corona office. She is very nice and very helpful.

Negative experience: I know most people have to go here because of a workers comp claim and no one would voluntarily elect to go here but if you have a choice stay away. The first thing I noticed was when I walked in was one of the employees had walked away from their desk and left very personal information up for anyone to see which I did. It was a giant picture of a man's drivers license which I couldn't help but read. When the employees came back I mentioned it to them. The next day there were privacy screens on all the computers. How long had they been doing that? If they are that careless with your personal information what else are they that careless with? I showed up to 2 appointments that were made but never recorded by them and I had to sit there and hope they would take me, which they did. I also had my car backed into and damaged very badly. The person who did it left a note with a bogus name and number. When I asked to speak with the office manager(a short heavy set lady) she almost seemed to argue with me. I told her the lot was unsafe because there were no cameras and the parking lot is in the back where no one can see you. I told her it butts up against the train tracks where homeless like to hang out. She said we don't have homeless. I told her two other employees had the same thing happened to them and she said well they never told me. I said well I'm telling you. She said best I can do I let corporate know. I asked her to let me know what they say. On a bright note, my physical therapist (tall thin and very nice lady) was very competent.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Healthpointe Corona are polite and efficient. I waited only a short time before being seen by the doctor. Dr. Blake Berman is an exceptional surgeon. He has a great deal of empathy and a wonderful disposition. He was thorough with his diagnosis and treatment plan. Since my lumbar decompression with fusion surgery I have regained feeling in my left foot and the overall pain level has decreased dramatically! I have great confidence in Dr. Berman’s surgical skills and I highly recommend him as a surgeon.

Negative experience: I said Hello and she did not aknowledge me. I had processed to say Hello a second time. There were two upstairs she sat on the left side closest to the entrence door that access the back next to opening that has a frame.The reseptionist has an attitude as soon as I arrived she began to express rude behavior towards me. I had to ask her if something was wrong with her why she had an attitude. She was expressing her unproffessional and vulgar by flirting with her coworkers while I was waiting for my paperwork.

Negative experience: After waiting hours to be called i finally get called an see DR PEREZ she ask me whats my pain level is i tell her a 10 she tells me 10s are for (Ambulances) an asked do i need a AMBULANCE an Smiled i tell her i NEVER said i was DIEING what the hell kind of DR is this ? I never herd a Doctor say that or act like this she needs to be demoted or transferred verry unprofessional wouldnt recommend this place if it was the last one on earth. Ps: YOUR better off coming in a HOUR LATE to be called for your APOINTMENT.

Negative experience: Healthpoint in general seems to me to be just a scam, never any follow thru unless you call in repeatedly and and I mean repeatedly. You cannot get an answer on the phone for anything. They say they are the only ones who can send a message to the dr. To which I never hear back. They will only let me see 1 dr a day and insist on 3 separate appointments a week.

Fantastic experience: Dr Culver is an amazing doctor. He listens what you have to say and makes referrals accordingly. The staff is great too.

Negative experience: The physical therapist I forget his name but a tall white guy was talking down about other patients moving to slow when there trying to recover from injuries or surgeries. He shouldn't be employed In this field

Negative experience: This place is a JOKE. My husband was injured at work, and they are still twiddling their thumbs while he is in so much pain. They never complete the papework on time , that is required for his employer. NEVER. We email, fax, walk in a copy of the paperwork. Still takes almost a month to get it completed, if they complete it at all. I am so upset. They do not care about their patients. They are not professional at all. Do NOT go here. You will be stuck with no progress at all

Negative experience: Dr Del Campo and Colton office were great, Corona office and Dr Perez lied and delayed my treatment. Loma Linda occupational was rude and 3 separate Dr made me bend my finger as if to verify my injury

Dr marger always get right to point taken his time to make sure I understand the treatment plan !! Have great respect for him and his staff always explain s the notes to me so everyone on the same page !! Positive experience: 8 months and pain is worse. From a pain level of 3-4 it is now 8 to 9 and it is resonating to more areas. CT scan is disappointing, not union. Dr. is finally ordering a bone stimulator after 8 months. Don’t understand why the pain is getting worse. Omg…..

Positive experience: Made a pain management appointment and had to travel to Corona only to be told he’s an orthopedic doctor and doesn’t give pain meds. This appointment took weeks to get and now I have to wait until May 7th to drive back to Corona to see a pain doctor. And I can’t drive. Joseph the x-ray tech was amazing. He was patient and kind. The orthopedic doctor I did see really doesn’t know what to do with me. Where to start, I have so many unusual things to sort out. He was nice and is going to refer me to the ones who might be able to help me.

Negative experience: Always have to wait more than an hour past appointment time to see the Dr. Doctors bedside manner is horrible.. I wouldn't go there if I had a choice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Culver is awesome, he listens to your concerns and answers your questions with great detail before offering his expertise. Healthpointe Corona is lucky to have him within their facility.

Negative experience: Dr. Perez didn’t take the time to really listen. She was more interested in a huge medical report with some inconsistencies. She made me wait almost 3 hours to be seen then had the audacity to continually check her watch. She frowned most of the limited exam stated she disagreed with every exam and diagnosis I had been given in the last 10 years with a brief singular exam and X-ray. She basically told me oh well you’ll never improve. I was supposed to see a hand specialist what I got was an employer friendly inexperienced clinician being paid to just farm people in and out. I need to get better not lay down and die. Even the adjuster apologized for her behavior and lack of bedside manner. Don’t go here unless you physically broke something so they believe you.

Fantastic experience: Great customer experience. The staff were very efficient. The doctor saw me ahead of schedule! That is unheard of and a very pleasant surprise. Dr. Culver was very pleasant, answered all my questions and didn’t rush me out of the exam room.

Fantastic experience: I was dealing with some health concerns after being physically assaulted and harassed at work until I ended up being treated by emergency medicine physicians. I was taken off work for a few months. The doctors here did extensive testing for precise diagnosis, showed empathy in treatment and helped with my recovery.

Negative experience: Waited an hour and 15 minutes in waiting room with no one coming out to check on me… After the extended wait, I decided to approach front desk staff and requesting to be rescheduled and I left. I hope to be seen/treated sooner next time…. If Google had a minus star that would be my rating…

Negative experience: From top to bottom this place is a circus. Paperwork is always lost, doctors miss their own appointments, and the staff have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.

Negative experience: The office is run like a cattle ranch. They try to get as many people in the door as possible without breaking fire codes. The wait is usually over 2 hours.
