Fantastic experience: Best place for physical therapy!! Everyone here is friendly and super focused on healing you. They are genuinely interested in how you're doing. They all work well together. Plus is you can use the gym for free as long as you're a patient there.

Fantastic experience: I just started my physical therapy and at my first visit I felt welcomed. I got the attention any person would like. I already feel like I'm on my way to recovery. After my visit a recieved a link to download the Strive app were I recieved my home exercise routine and can chat with my trainer.

Negative experience: So disappointed with them. My mom was in the hospital and I missed two appointments. I tried calling 4 times and got disconnected with no anwser. I came in for my next appointment and they canceled it saying I have to call in same day. The refused to make appointments with me even though I showed the office manager all the times I called in to cancle. Unacceptable in my opinion. How can I call in same day when you can't even pick up the phone for me to cancel? Very disappointed in this customer service.

Fantastic experience: Almost seven times visits from beginning, doctor is professional and will think about my personal preference treatment. I have any questions, they answer timely. The staffs are very friendly, they are truely helpful during my treatment . I began physical therapy eight months after surgery, right arm movement improved a lot after therapy treatment. The office is organized and efficient.

Fantastic experience: 2nd PT experience so have an honest assessment, a very well run facility with a lot of clientele that seems to run effortlessly. Front check in desk is helpful and always cheerful and aware because it gets crowded (GOOD SIGN!). The PT's are knowledgeable and attentive and have a gameplan. Just show up. Very happy with Marketplace Physical Therapy. Especially walking in with an aged body and multiple disabilities and not a lot of capabilities at present moment. Coming back slowly. Seems am in right place

Fantastic experience: I must say that MarketPlace Physical Therapy Health and Wellness Center is awesome. Their facility there is very clean and if you use a bed when you’re done with it, they clean it for the next patient and always changes out the linen. I’ve been going there for about 3 weeks now and I’m very happy with the staff and all the physical therapist. Scheduling your appointment for physical therapy is quite easy and they ask you what is the best day and time for you. Rescheduling is also easy and they get you in ASAP! My first appointment was with Dr. Eric he listened to what I had to say he listened to my concerns in regards to my neck. He wrote up a good care plan for me and he align my cervical spine and does a good adjustment thank you Dr. Eric. I have had 3 or 4 different therapists that works with me who are really good with me and always ask me how I’m feeling, and is therapy helping me and is there anything different that they can do to help me. And everybody on staff there are always happy and willing to help me. I strongly recommend MarketPlace Physical Therapy Health and Wellness Center! Fantastic experience: I have been having constant pain in my hip for the past 6 or so months now. Dr. Matthew Reyes was able to identify my issue where others who I have seen could not. He understands that strengthening the surrounding areas of my hip are key to help alleviate and prevent future pain. I do believe that he knows his craft. I have faith that I'll be able to ride myself off this pain thanks to his attentiveness and guidance.

Fantastic experience: Tyler helped me out today on a 2 hour Work Hardening Therapy Session. He’s on point, always super friendly even when I’m just there to workout on my own. Everyone here are super professional and knowledgeable. They are all super friendly and remember you. Thank you guys! Been coming here for over a year now.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a complete knee replacement surgery and in need of physical therapy to get my knee back up to full function. The physical therapist team at Marketplace was very professional. After the initial consultation and examination, an exercise treatment was formulated. The personal trainer was very professional and knowledgeable towards what physical exercises I needed, also care was taken towards preventing excessive stress on my knee ( My knee really appreciated that ). I definitely recommend Marketplace Physical Therapy. Excellent Quality Care and Up to date Equipment.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I've only been twice so far and I'm sure they can help ease my shoulder pain since my fall in February of this year. Surgery wasn't an option for me. They gave me some exercises to do while I'm home that are helping.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had to deal with physical therapy, but my problem needed fixing. My first visit with the doctor was wonderful. He understood my problem and explained in layman’s terms what had happened. His explanation was spot on with what I was experiencing. I was sent home with things to work on. My second visit was therapy. The people helping were great. Very polite, kind and sensitive. They understood my sense of humor and ran with it. It’s a lot of fun for me and I look forward to being there. Still have a good amount of work but very willing to do it with their help.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Marketplace Physical Therapy. Their staff were all nice and truly helped me with my journey towards recovery. I have severe back pain for over a year now and just this year, I started getting treatment from this place. Some of the exercises were challenging but gave good results. Their therapists and staff are genuinely friendly and professional. They show concern about their patient's well being. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is extremely nice and they are all very professional. Making reservations was very easy, even scheduling out all 12 visits at the same time. The PT that I am getting has been very effective after only 4 visits. With 8 visits left, I should be on the road to the new normal for my knee. I initially thought it was a little odd having a PT facility in a workout gym, but it does work well. The facility is very clean and the equipment is in very good condition. My only one minor suggestion would be to get the three inoperative televisions working again. Even though you can’t hear audio, it makes the workouts go faster. If I ever need PT in the future, I would definitely be a return customer.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place for physical therapy, it has really made a big difference with my pain from a meniscus tear , I no longer feel the need for surgery at this time. The staff are very nice and helpful, they were knowledgeable with the therapy and all my questions. I have been to several places for PT and Marketplace exceeded them all. I would highly recommend them . Thank you Marketplace I'm feeling much better!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Marketplace PT highly enough... Dr. Reyes planned and implemented my care post arthroscopic shoulder therapy for a frozen shoulder. He was kind and thorough, pushing me beyond what I could do myself. After six sessions very close together postop, my range of motion improved dramatically. He is great! He printed off and gave me exercises, explaining how to do them, and how often. The entire team is kind and thorough, and how they manage several patients at a time, rotating from exercise to exercise without skipping a beat, is amazing. You aren't alone for more than a few seconds after completing an exercise, before someone appears guiding you to the next exercise. There were a variety of patients there, including "old ladies" like myself, and young folks with what appeared to be sports and ankle injuries. Thank you Marketplace PT, Dr. Reyes, and your entire team!

Fantastic experience: I started theraphy on 2 February 2024. I have been going through theraphy since 2003 with my neck and upper back with little to slow improvement. But since coming here with there strengthens regiment and there instructional management, I have felt alot of impr. They are very professional at all levels. Well recommended to anyone who are looking for pain relief as well as recovery from an injury.!!!!!!!
