Fantastic experience: I went to Sports and Wellness Chiro in November because my knee and back were aching and, at times, it was so painful I couldn’t walk. On my first visit, Dr. Nguyen told me, with a little time and work, I would get back to where I was. He was absolutely right. I’ve been back doing what I like to do , pain free, since April. Dr. Nguyen takes the time to explain what’s happening, pays attention, and gave me stretches and exercises to keep me in condition and healthy. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. I have never had anything but a great experience at Sports and Wellness Chiropractic.

Fantastic experience: I got treated for neck and shoulder pain. Woke up one morning and couldn’t rotate/move my neck without agonizing pain. After a few sessions with Dr. Nguyen I regained full neck movement again. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dr Nguyen helped me get better with my shoulder impingement just after 4 visits. He is very knowledgeable and the office staffs are very friendly with a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE! I was into a minor accident and came for laser therapy 3x a month for 5 months and the total was over 9000 My insurance did not cover the cost but they did not tell me until after everything . When i told them I couldnt pay, they would not accept the amount the insurance had given me. They never once called to check how much coverage I had and they never gave me back my copay. THIS PLACE WAS A SCAM! And they ended up switching locations. Save your money and look for place that is TRANSPARENT WITH PRICING

Negative experience: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Last July I was in an accident. It was a fender bender and it was very difficult for me to move my arm. I had spoken to the insurance since it was their fault and was approved to go to a chiropractor in which they said they communicated with when I came here. I spoke to Brenda, who said that she spoke to the insurance and she assured me that there was no max no limit to how much they were going to accept. I had double checked several times with her, letting her know that I was only going to do the treatments that my insurance approved and she said yes they made me come in more than twice a week. I kept telling them that once a week was OK. I saw them for maybe about five months. By December, I had called because I wanted my co-pay thinking that they had received the money for my insurance. I did not hear back sports and wellness until March of this year when they said they never received the money from the insurance I had to call the insurance and tell them I did not understand where is the money which then they informed me that they had already given me a check. The check that they had agreed on was $4000 but Brenda gave me an overall estimate of over $9000. I was so shocked because I did not understand if I was only going once a week for five months how is that $9000 for laser therapy! They did not accept my money from the insurance they wanted me to pay in full! This is not the first time that they have done this if you read the comments, they have done this before. Please spread the word and let others know if this has happened to you because I’m pretty sure that they do this to so many people being negligent and not double checking with the insurance and having the patient pay for additional fees that they were not aware of. And my pain never went away because when you are in an accident, your pain never goes away! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!

Fantastic experience: By coincidence I found Dr. Nguyen. He’s heaven sent for sure. I was having sleepless nights for about 6 months. He helped me out and from constant 8-9 pain daily to 1 maybe 2 from time to time. I was able to play a basketball pick up game for the first time in 13 years. At 45 I definitely had new injuries and he took care of them the very next day. It’s great knowing there’s a security blanket near by. He has me feeling like I can do whatever I want now. I will make sure to stay away from extreme sports hahahahaha

Fantastic experience: Very professional. The office is spacious and appointment is spot on time, usually only have to wait a few minutes for your appointment time which is very important as lot of doctor office stray alot from their appointment schedule. Dr Nguyen is knowledgeable and did great job helping with my neck pain. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great place, I came here with shoulder, neck and arm pain. After being hurt during martial arts practice I was having to lift my left arm with my right hand to be able to move it. After a few visits I was able to use my left arm and after about six months had full range of motion. Tom M

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and attentive. Was treated for a back issue in 2023 and got me feeling no pain in about a month. Came back for some knee pain and Doctor Nguyen was able to diagnose issue quickly and recommended treatment to get me pain free. Would definitely come back and glad I found a place close to home.

Fantastic experience: I injured my calf and pec during a physical assessment exam in which I had a second assessment exam in 3 weeks. I wasn’t able to walk or even close the washer door without being in pain. Next day I found Dr. Nguyen and I still remember the words he mentioned when I came to him in urgency, “you are in the right place”. I immediately felt relieved. I’ve been seeing Dr . Nguyen now twice a week for over 1.5 months and I can not stress enough how fast my recovery was during my weekly visits and I’m back to 100% feeling optimal. I highly appreciate Dr. Nguyen for his amazing work and helping me get through all my fitness exams. Also the ladies helping Dr. Nguyen are awesome! I felt welcomed from the second I stepped in. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for the better part of a year absolutely glfantastic place.. went from crazy lower back pain to where I couldn't even sit up out of bed or put my own socks on, I could barley bend down.. now I'm fully mobile doing summersaults still make appointments so I don't screw up my back again.. employee's are very sweet and nice as well would give it a 10 star if it was an option.

Fantastic experience: I went in because I have been dealing with a neck pain and needed to get it treated. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and diagnosed me with having a pinched nerve and explained it to me in the most simple way way possible for me to understand. He then sets up a treatment plan and gives basic stretches you can do at home to improve your health on your own. He is very kind and loves to have nice conversations with his clients. Would definitely recommend him to others and will be back.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely highly recommend Dr. Nguyen. He is the reason I can now walk, run, and dance without any pain in my left knee after I had a serious injury. Being that I am in my 60s, I thought my chances of complete healing were nil. Also, my back and neck have never been better and I can now raise my left arm straight up without pain instead of less than half-way with extreme pain. Dr. Nguyen is genuinely patient and caring. He listens carefully, knows what he needs to do and does it right.

Fantastic experience: I came in to Dr. Nguyen with frequent migraines, knee pain after an injury, and shoulder pain. All my symptoms have improved, if not been resolved. When I came in for treatment, I was in so much pain that I could not vacuum let alone do anything fun. My posture was impacted and I was afraid I would not be straight up again. Six months, two times a week, and following the doc's treatment plan and I am happy with the results so far. My posture is significantly improved, i have no pain, and a healthier spine and core. Fantastic experience: This place is bar none the BEST! I have literally been looking for a chiropractor that does EXACTLY what they do. The doctor knows all the muscles and works them to heal the problems not just give you a crack and see you next time. His tables are adjustable not the straight no give no fuss table. This means he can set it to each patient individually creating a care plan that is set for each and every patient. Just plain amazing anyone that is not seeing this doctor or one like this facility I am truly sorry you have been getting below grade services that you believe you deserve. Check this place out you will not believe the difference. I am so glad I found it!

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis on both feet, sprained wrist and golfer’s elbow on the right arm, from playing tennis 2-3 hours a day, 3-5 times a week. I also had lower back pain and was having a hard time to just get up and start walking. Sometime they hurt so bad that I had to go to urgent care for pain management. Stacy and Brenda helped me make my first appointment, over the phone and via email, and made sure I had no questions before the appointment. The office is kept super clean and organized. I visited the office weekly for over 3 months, and every time I was there, Maria and Rose made the visit comfortable. All of Dr. Nguyen’s staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Nguyen spends time with you to find out what is happening in your body, and treats them like magic. One time I got a sprained abdominal muscle (on top of the injuries I had), and he massaged it away in one visit! I wished I had found him earlier! After the treatment and adjustment, I felt great and light! Now the pains on my back, feet and arm are all under control, thanks to Dr. Nguyen!!

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful chiropractic office! I've been going since they opened, 5 years ago and they always take care of my aches and pains. I never have to be concerned with billing. The staff is wonder and the Dr's techniques are amazing. I highly recommend!

Negative experience: If I could give this guy no stars I would and also extend a firm warning not to use his services. I came into his office because of hamstring pain. This should had been very obvious that it was due to a lower back injury. At the time I did not know what was happening to me or what the cause was. So I went here for help and search of some relief. At first he looked and felt me over then went and came back with diagnosis. He said that he was able to help me and said I should come back once a week and it should get better. It only got worse!!! He said the my pelvis was too tilted and would press down hard on it to get it in to the place he thought it should be, he would then massage around that area, also use the Gratson tool on my leg which left me with bruising for weeks and more pain. After seeing him for months I was in more then pain ever and it did not let up. Let me be clear that he should have know that the pain I felt in my leg was sciatic nerve pain and try to manipulatey pelvis only made my disc protrusion of L5 and S1 more. Finally was helped in the end with a neurosurgeon to do surgery. Do not go here and do not listen to his b.s!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen is the best Chiropractor that I've found in the area. I've been going to Sports and Wellness for about 5 years now to manage my chronic neck pain. Before I found Dr. Nguyen, my neck pain was making me irritable and I had very little range of motion. Dr. Nguyen set me up with a treatment plan and I made tremendous progress over time. I was able to get back to hiking and other outdoor activities without pain. I now use Dr. Nguyen to maintain my progress. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making you better. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and his staff. Once you enter their building the staff is very attentive and welcoming. I had injured my shoulder and went to other chiropractors previously. I did the Active release and Graston techniques on my shoulder and in two short visits with Dr. Nguyen I had already been making improvements in my strength. What I enjoyed most was that Dr. Nguyen made your visit personalized and tended to your needs. Dr. Nguyen would always ask what hurt that day and if you had improved at all. From what you told him, he would would gear your treatment to what was specifically bothering you at that time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
