Fantastic experience: Called in for an appointment just fine, I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. maybe they changed receptionists. There are receptionists that speak English, Spanish, and Chinese. Doctors are all Asian of some sort, if that matters to you. We signed in for my grandma and waited for less than half and hour. Doctor was very professional and knew how to speak to the older Asian folks which made the experience excellent.
