Corona Regional Medical Center is a 238-bed community hospital network that includes a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus.

Negative experience: Dos malas experiencias, mi hijo de 10 años mal diagnosticado, dijeron que no era nada y resultó que al día siguiente la apéndice se le reventó tuvo una recuperación muy larga y dolorosa gracias a las malas prácticas y mal diagnósticos, a mi otro hijo le dieron que tenía infectado el hueso detrás del oído dando un diagnóstico erróneo nuevamente y era el tímpano que se le rompió por una infección. En ninguno de los dos casos fueron atinados y gracias a Dios no pasó a mayores, pero tienen pésima atención.

Positive experience: 4 hours was a long wait for an 86 year old person with bronchitis and pneumonia, they did take her chest X-Rays and EKG. But results took so long, with no food or water.

Negative experience: Had a seizure. Got driven by an ambulance waited for 4 hours. Had to go to the desk to get an update who area had my discharge papers already and just sent me on my way. Never even seen a doctor was sitting in the lobby the entire time

Positive experience: When I got there, not many people were waiting but there was no sense of urgency for the patients. One lady was sitting in the waiting room bleeding from the head and they had her sit there with some gauze on wound. There was an older gentleman that walked in complaining of chest pain and they told him to sit and wait for his turn. To top it off I saw people just standing around infant of their computers. The emergency room/staff did not show a concern for the patients which made me concerned and feel sorry for the patients that will have to wait a long time. It took a while for me to be treated for my severe dehydration and apparently very high sugar levels that I wasn't even aware of. I was treated for my symptoms and was feeling better but I think the process needs to be refined. Got in around 2pm and left after 8pm.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr Benjamin Leong / Rosie for the smooth process and after surgery as well getting to the hospital cindy from patient arrangement from registration in the lobby excellent experience to the recovery team preparing me to the OR after the surgery excellent team in recovery also awesome RNs in the patient floor Ram was so attentive, explained every medication, when beyond his duty to keep me comfortable very appreciated also with Aprelle and her trainer Comma I think that was her name very attentive and helpful thank you all keep up that great helping spirit

Fantastic experience: everyone showed great care from checking in and when my mom was transported to another hospital. Nurse kyle was great. Dr. Carranza was an absolute professional. she tried to make my mom feel such at ease even when delivering bad news. thank you for the care shown throughout the visit.

Fantastic experience: Went in to the emergency room after having a spookber go through my hand webbing between the thumb and the finger. Had a hole the size of a button and some flesh hanging out on the side. Was in the waiting room for a couple of hours as the staff went through the process of gathering my information before I was called in to get cleaned and stitched up. The nurses and staff were and are very friendly. Thanks Jo for the patch up. Will go back if I have any other accidents. Fantastic experience: I was in the emergency on October 8, 2024 I received great care from Dr. Ken Johnson. He went above and beyond to help me out; very nice very caring. The nurses is very nice as well. Had good care. They were exceptionally busy.

Positive experience: Went to ER. Wait was long. Lobby not very clean. ER not clean either. Nurses or doctors would not provide any diagnosis but ran a bunch of tests to rule out anything life threatening. However I Went in looking for a diagnosis. I kept asking for their professional opinion but they would not give me any answers. Left 5 hours later with no diagnosis and no answers. Other than confirming I wasn’t dying, a waste of time. The Corona area needs better hospitals.

Negative experience: My sister was not helped and they sent her home with no diabetes meds or prescription and her paperwork didn’t mention her diabetes at all . The nurse Fola said Valerie A. My sister was given sliding scale insulin for diabetes and they sent her home the next day with nothing that shows this . She dx bipolar 1 w/psychotic features.. she was 5250ed for DTO/GD and She is still pretty much out of her mind and not at her baseline and she doesn’t know anything about what she was given in the hospital. Also they said she was given invega shot for the month, but what happens next month ? We have no instructions or appointments for her meds. She went in the hospital because of severe mania psychosis and neglect to her feet from too much sugar and they were giving her sliding scale insulin according to nurse Fola .. yet she was sent home with no prescriptions to for diabetes or anything about having diabetes.Also the nurses said she hang ring worm and was given something for that as well but no mention of this in any discharge paperwork I called and the nurse said “i don’t know” .. well then who does know???

Negative experience: Hello, it is October 5. I don’t want to leave any reviews because we’ve never been here but we’ve had several people including a doctor and a nurse. Tell us not to come here. I’ve been so sick this week with my stomach. We usually go to Orange County with our PPO. . I went to urgent care were informed the people in the urgent care not to go to Corona regional for nothing including the doctor. He should be in my best interest to look at another hospital then here.. I’ve got positive feedback from anybody in this Hospital at all. The people that we talk to they just run a necessary test and find nothing and leave a big bill. I would think moving to this community. They would have a bigger hospital.. Why everybody is just so negative including healthcare workers yikes scary to know that I’m gonna have to try to get to UCI

Positive experience: I will admit my wife had received very good care while in the ER. I only had one problem that they replaced her feeding tube with a different type, and this has caused me several problems when she was discharged. I should have examined it when I had the opportunity. I may have to get it replaced again but at who's cost?

Negative experience: I'm Not a fan of this hospital. I went in March of 2024 and was in sever abdominal pain. They basically told me they didn't know what was wrong with me. I ended up having my appendix removed in July 2024. I remembered the pain I felt in march. I requested My medical records and they mentioned I had early onset issues with my appendix and they never told my father and I. By the time I had my surgery I was in A very late stage with my appendicitis. I had a hole in it almost the size of thr appendix,and my organs were severely inflamed. I was in terrible sever pain. It seems this surgery was bound to happen but I would have liked to have had it earlier and have been in much less pain.

Negative experience: If I could give it 0 stars I would! DO NOT come here for medical care unless you wanna be held Against your own will! I felt fine and wanted to leave after not getting answers from any doctor and getting the runaround,never fed or given water just IV fluids, they wanted to continue to do more tests to charge my insurance company.. when I asked to leave, they told me that my insurance company would not pay for the stay because I was leaving without the doctor saying it’s ok.. so I was forced to stay overnight. I called my insurance and they stated that was not true. please do not come here I left crying !

Negative experience: I would not recommend this Hospital to anyone. Nurses and doctors are overloaded with patients and paperwork, they don’t get the chance to respond and care for patients. At the same time other staff members congregate in a corner talk about movies, places to go or other activities for the weekend. I got admitted to a room about 2:30pm. I had to shout Help many times to get attention after pushing the red button and waiting more than 20 minutes. Lack of proper supervision over loading the doctors and Nurses is very evident in the area where my room was.

Fantastic experience: From pre-registration, day of surgery and post op. Every staff member I had contact with … all were professional and kind. Helpful and reassuring. Quality of care I received was Great!! My only “complaint” lower level restroom needs to be updated. Pink tile is from the ‘80’s…

Positive experience: I understand policy, however, having to pick up my wife from an outpatient procedure and having kids is difficult. Many hospitals offer an alternative space to have kids wait for a parent having surgery. I don't plan on leaving my son at home by himself at the age of 12. Yet, the front desk was informing me that my son can neither wait downstairs nor in the 1st floor lobby. I asked if they can call to see if my wife is out of surgery, I was told by receptionist I will be receiving a call once she is done. I don't look for confrontation, communication is important as well as empathy while explaning. Date of Incident October 1,2024 at 9:00am

Fantastic experience: My stay here was excellent. All the staff that attended to me were truly exceptional. My biggest thanks goes to nurse Alexa, she is a godsend. Never thought I'd meet an Angel, but I had the fortune to be blessed with her care.

Fantastic experience: My husband was in Corona Regional for 13 days. No one wants to be in the hospital that long, however he had excellent care. Everyone we had contact with from day one showed so much compassion. From the chaplain and the harpist, and all the skilled nurses, and PT, who do there very best to accommodate there patients.

Positive experience: We went there on a Saturday night around midnight,the lobby wasn’t that busy and the staff was super attentive. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because i needed a ct scan and we waited 4 hours for the results , but everyone was super helpful and I felt like I was in good hands.

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience at Corona Regional when seeking emergency medical attention. Despite being in urgent need of care, I was required to take a ticket number and wait to be called, which delayed my treatment. It was concerning that the process seemed more focused on the ticket system than addressing the severity of each patient’s condition. I believe that in emergency situations, patients should be triaged based on medical need rather than a numbered system.

Negative experience: On9-21-24 came in with symptoms of stroke my left arm was numb my face and dizziness they just check my blood pressure and sugar send me back to the front 6 hrs later they called me in. While some staff were gathering talking inside and seems like they were relaxing worse hospital. Suck because the first thing they asked was for my insurance information like thats all they care for because no medical attention was provided till hrs later.

Fantastic experience: excellent services from security guards to nurses doctores and everyone in general !!! i went there around midnight on 09/18/2024 with a broken leg(which i didn’t know it was broken) i was out here walking to get to the hospital crying my eyes out because of my pain, the main entrance was closed so i had to walk back to my car crying very loud because of my pain, the security guard heard me and came to my rescue, made a radio call and brought me a wheelchair, i was able to get right into the ER with the security guard and a nurse help, docs and nurses were very nice to me and very helpful, i was able to see the Doc in no time, Doc was so great , she was very polite and had humanity on her, she examined me and was very gentle that every time she hurted me! she will say.. i am sorry i’m hurting u, i am sorry you are going thru this, she send me to get and X-ray and the technician was so polite great pleasant and patient, in general ! i felt they all care about their patients and were trying to get to everyone and everything. I want to thank you everyone who was involved on the night of 09/18/2024 thru the 09/19/2024 i was treated like a human being from guards to nurses and by EVERYONE who works there. I definitely recommend this hospital so far it has being the very best one i being to!! one of the nurses (the one that checked me in) offered me a blanket cuz i was cold. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!!

Negative experience: This review is for the ER (Emergency Room) Department only. I'm hoping I'll be able to leave another review next month after having spine surgery. Every dept will probably be different. Only two stars for a couple of sweet Nurses & Techs. The rest of the care was horrible. Understaffed and not enough rooms is a huge problem. Giving a urine sample sucked. The whole waiting room had one bathroom (one toilet) to use (the other bathroom was out of order). The patients were sharing one bathroom with visitors/family. I also have an injured spine (not related to why I was at the hospital) that I will be having surgery for next month at the same hospital. I'm not supposed to stand. I'm on bedrest and off work completely. It was killing me to stand in line for the restroom so I can give a sample. Siting in a chair for 5 hours was also excruciating for my back. I also had a hand sanitizer machine right behind my head so I couldn't lean my head back against the wall. I literally almost ripped my IV out and left the hospital but I tried so hard not to be that person. I thought you get medical help to alliviate problems not make them worse. Everything was rushed and chaotic. The main reason I went into the ER for was something I found out on my own. I have what you call "Phantosmia" (look it up!). It could be a small problem but since I had other symptoms it could be signs of a bigger problem. I was told to go to the ER by a Teledoc doctor. Most everyone didn't even know what that was and even joked about it with me. Even though it was funny to me I thought that with most people that would've been inappropriate to joke about. I'm not even sure the Dr knew what it was either as he acted cocky about me saying it. Either that or he didn't like that I knew what I had. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns. No compassion. I still have questions today and not feeling any better. I felt so uncomfortable and unheard I forgot to mention a really important detail about how I was feeling. Also, they put me on a pain med through my IV even though I wasn't there for any pain. The nurse didn't care and gave it to me anyway. There is absolutely NO PRIVACY! We all knew about everyone's issues. I tried so hard to make it look like I couldnt hear but you couldn't help but hear everything. On my discharge paperwork it only mentioned what to do with a headache even though that was only one of the symptoms that I had been experiencing, but wasn't at the time of my visit. Also, on my paperwork they gave me instructions on aftercare and that I could access my medical records through the QR code on my paperwork but I got an error message saying they need more info and that I need to be invited. Also, I noticed the Dr I'm supposed to follow-up with for the main issue I was there for is in Emeryville, CA, a 6hr drive. I know someone is going to come on here to say they're sorry for my experience and to contact them to get more info. They know darn well this is a problem so why do you keep telling people to explain the situation again? This will never change! I really hope people see that they aren't here to help us. We are on our own now. These hospitals are declining rapidly and we are tired of it!

Negative experience: Beware!! Absolutely horrible experience at Corona Regional Medical Center. I injured my back and needed immediate assistance with the pain. I was unable to sit and standing caused me unimaginable pain. Not only did I wait 5 hours for medical attention but at no time was I offered a bed to relieve my back pain. If you need medical attention, you would be best served by driving to another hospital.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I came in contact with at Corona Regional was so kind ! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who needed care ! I especially loved James the RN instructor ! He was funny and kind and gave my daughter ( who was bringing me there for my surgery) lots of tips for applying to nursing programs !

Fantastic experience: Every time I’m really sick I always come to corona regional, they always take good care of me! I always know there’s a process so I know I should be patient! I appreciate all the nurses in this hospital they are all nice and wonderful! Hands down way better then Kaiser!
Positive experience: This hospital is very old and hasn't been updated in a long time. The floors are dirty, the bathrooms are not well-maintained, with overflowing trash cans and unclean toilets. The faucets are also not working properly and need to be fixed. The check-in and discharge areas do not provide much privacy, as you can hear personal information about other patients. There doesn't seem to be any compliance with HIPAA regulations. I didn't encounter any friendly staff members; they all appeared to be complaining and frowning about their workload and each other. I hope I don't have to visit this hospital again.

Fantastic experience: Quick and fast and they took good care of me. The nurses had a lot of experience drawing blood because they usually use ultrasound guide and the nurse that got me twice with just experience. I’m a hard poke. Kaiser blew my veins with an ultrasound guide.

Negative experience: This place is horrible. A hospital that does not care about patients should be shut down. This place is unprofessional, grimy, and under staffed. I spent six hours waiting for care. When I inquired about the lengthy wait I was made to wait even longer. When I requested my paperwork so I could just leave and bypass services they claimed they couldn’t find it. Then they threatened that I would have to pay out of pocket for their subpar services not rendered. Staff called out the same patient’s name 12 times but made the rest of us suffer and wait even though the guy they called was already back with them. Were they misplacing him? What was going on? And why the hell didn’t the rest of us get served? Then they asked me to wait 30 more minutes only to let another hour pass before I started this complaint. The room was freezing cold and patients had to go out to cars for blankets. The bathrooms were filthy with blood and feces on the seats and debris on the floor. The place smelled very unclean. They didn’t sweep, mop, or empty the full garbage cans. And I even saw a silver rat box in the hallway. I’m sure several code violations are taking place. If I were an uncover inspector this hospital would fail in all areas. I am never going back to this hospital and I am telling everyone I know to avoid it as well.

Fantastic experience: This medical center is filled with kind and professional RN, knowledgeable anesthesiologists, and staff who work in great unison together. They took care of me in a quick fashion, with almost no wait time at all. They accept many different insurances here, including IEHP. I would definitely recommend going here for your procedures.

Fantastic experience: I’m giving 5 stars because the medical staff and their support were superb and that is always most important. Wonderful doctors and RN’s. I was treated very well from procedure prep to recovery and release. Your area for patient waiting to be called in was very uncomfortable and doubly bad for someone that does not feel well or is in pain. For a while it was very crowded with coughing and sneezing. The wait time of about 2 hours was exorbitant.

Positive experience: I want to recognize Nurse Tiffany (who I believe is a travel nurse) in the ER for exceptional service and making sure to keep me as comfortable as possible as I waited to be seen in the ER. What I didn’t like however, is the way the ER is ran. When you are brought back from the main ER waiting room into the actual ER with other patients they have you sit with others waiting to be seen. In doing that the nurse and or doctor comes out and ask you very personal questions infront of everyone that is sitting around. I did not like that I had to talk about my issues infront of everyone. This method needs to be changed for patients privacy.

Positive experience: Staff was great! Everything was pretty much on schedule. However, they do not allow anyone in recovery. The person who is responsible for the patient's after care should be in recovery to listen to instructions and ask questions. They shouldn't rely on the patient, who has just come out of anesthesia, for this responsibility.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted immediately I walked in to the hospital and directed to the area to pick up my prepared instructions. I waited less than 5 minutes before a nurse came to get me and took me back to be prepared for surgery. My nurse Sheena was wonderful, she explained everything clearly and concisely. She was very knowledgeable and friendly the entire time I was there. It was my first experience at Corona regional Medical Center and have no complaints at all. I will look forward to my next visit there.

Negative experience: Came in with symptoms of a stroke, where my left hand went numb all the way up to my face and back down through my back and legs. When I explained this to the doctor, he kept asking me if my hand numbness was this or that and every time I would repeat that it wasn’t just my hand. It went up to my face down my back and down my leg. My lips had a little bit of a droop, and my left arm was weak. He did not do, a stroke assessment with me at all, the first thing he asked me is if I wanted to sedative because I looked upset. The doctor did not get me into CT until after two hours of arrival. The nurses were all great and friendly and did their jobs but the doctor was arrogant and didn’t listen to a word I had to say. When he came in and told me he thought everything was just fine and normal there was still pending results that weren’t read or seen. And he decided that he thought I was normal. he explained to me that there wasn’t much they could see on the CT scan since I am Allergic to contrast and explained to me he could do an MRI to just sure but it would be like 5 hours. Then proceeded back to the room later, telling me that he could not get me into the MRI And he was discharging me. When I asked why because I agreed to wait for the MRI, I was told that they were closed. They did not have the staff to do it. My sister-in-law has worked there before as an RN and she called the hospital and spoke to a nurse in the department, and they told her that it was open. For some reason, the doctor did not want to give me the MRI and lied to me. Again he proceeded to say that I was just experiencing something in my numb hand that wasn’t concerning. To follow up with my doctor. Again, I tried to explain to him. It wasn’t just in the hand , he never came back after he said he was discharging me. He was rude, arrogant, and did not listen to anything I had to say. I will never again in my life go to this hospital!

Fantastic experience: Both times I’ve been here the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Kathleen at the ED check in is very kind and caring. The wait is a bit long but it’s the emergency department so that’s what you get. The care team is attentive and the facility is very clean and cared for. I will say that it does take a long time from when discharge is ordered to when you get your paperwork to leave, but otherwise it’s a great, well-equipped hospital.

Fantastic experience: The attendant at the front desk greeted me and gave me my name tags. She was so nice and welcoming. Going down and checking into the Breast Imaging Center was easy. The attendant checking me in was also nice and welcoming. Cynthia prepared me for a Savi Scout placement and performed all of the images. She was awesome. She was friendly and professional. She kept me informed about what would happen during my visit. She helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. The doctor who performed my procedure was so nice, explained what he would be performing and also made me feel relaxed and comfortable to have the procedure. I give this visit 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive experience: The medical experience was great. Dr. Jamal performed an ERCP procedure to remove a biliary stint and examine the the biliary tree. This was accomplished and 2 stone were removed. All the staff were great from check in to the prep and procedure nurse were kind and helpful. Only issues I had were the 2 hours wait after check it to start prep which can be understandable and the facilities lack of parking.

Negative experience: Corona Regional Hospital violated HIPPA by walking my mother into my room when I specifically asked for a private registration. The charge RN in the ER Julian was extremely rude even though he was in the wrong by allowing and walking my mother into my room. When I saw my mother it caused my blood pressure to go through the roof and I started stating why is she here? I have a private registration, you violated HIPPA!. I’ve tried to file a grievance with the hospital and haven’t received a call back. I live right next door to the facility and I will travel to Riverside community over this hospital every time

Negative experience: Pathetic doctor who checked my shoulder. Spent 6 hours they did x ray and to make money he did ultra sound despite telling him that this pain is while I was sleeping . But this doctor was horrible. Don't come if you have any pain in bone.

Negative experience: Took them from 2pm-7pm to give me meds to stop puking my guts out i had to keep asking them for medication and they kelt saying the doctor will come give them to you and they never showed up. I felt dizzy and they still made me walk took them 8 hours to get me fully in a bed and to be medicated no one came and talked to me about what was wrong with me until i had to keep asking them

Negative experience: Worst ER you can ever go to. I had to go there 3 times because it’s the only hospital in Corona, I was there for 6-8 hours and every time they refuse to put me in a bed while more than half of the ER beds are empty. They just like to doing it, keeping you in a chair in the corner for hours and come back to you every hour to ask a question. My wife had a shortness of breath and did the same thing; just kept her waiting in a chair. Also some of the staff are very rude.

Negative experience: I am a cancer patient. I got sick and had to go to the ER. upon my arrival I informed the girl at intake I am a cancer patient and can not sit in the waiting room it was full of sick people the intake girl told me too bad maybe you should go to another hospital they also refused to inform City of Hope I was there. To make this short 4 days later in the hospital with a major infection from the hospital close to DEATH !!☠️ I can't trust this hospital and neither should you!! Now I get a reply asking me to respond to them WHAT A JOKE they sent me a link that is a standard contract so they will never know if I responded!! No class no ability to work solutions..

Negative experience: While the nurses and doctors were very nice and accommodating, the NOISE at night in the ICU after 7 nights was intolerable! The young guys working there from the Middle East (their words$ behaved like they were at a frat party all night! I ended up calling the hospital management from my ICU bed to finally get some peace. I’ll do all I can to nott return.

Negative experience: Terrible medical care! Went to emergency rm. and waited over 4 hours for someone to look at a simple test I had. You can’t even ask someone at the front desk a question as the are behind a plexiglass barrier. There’s nobody sitting there anyway! When I finally was able to ask about my test result they said they would leave a post-it on someone’s desk to read it. I could have been waiting all night as my “results” were sitting on a desk! Again, awful care!!!

Negative experience: Just went to the ER at 10am for stomach pain. I never got offered pain medication. The wait was horribly long. I get sent to back only to sit in a solo chair which my husband wasn't able to be by my side. Had ct and ultrasound waited even longer hours waiting on results 3 hours only to be told by someone that the Dr who was supposed to tell me what was wrong left. So I got a vague update on my situation and sent me home with pain meds. At 930pm. Almost shy of 12 hours to find out I have ovarian cyst n bye. I never experienced this ever at any er hospital. Very disappointed. I had good experience in past with my son but wow I'm scared to go back.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased with all of the care I received from all the pre-procedures I had done before the surgery that were done to help the surgeon locate the cancer in my breast to all the nurses in Pre-op, the OR and post-op surgery center. The advanced equipment they have at this hospital was eye opening for me. I received the best care and I thank everyone for it.

Negative experience: One of the worst experiences I ever had. The doctor and most of the staff were great! The nurses at the counter were unfriendly and awful. I have been in this country for more than 50 years. I have been a tenured professor of Computer Engineering for more than 47 years now. I authored 18 books on computers . Many of them are best sellers! I was a member and VP of 1984 Los Angeles committee. I consider myself a highly educated and dignified person. You can google me. I am listed on Wikipedia. You can find out who I am. I will give you honest opinion. Most of the nurses at your hospital treat people like trash. To cite a few examples. I have type 2 diabetes. I went to your hospital around 6;30 am. I did not eat anything. Obviously, my blood sugar was going down. I mentioned this to a male nurse last Sunday 8/11 around 10:40 am. He told me very rudely he cannot do anything. This is ER. After begging, he said he said he will send juice which never came! Another incident, Dr. came to our lounge and told me CT scan looks good etc. etc. and to wait for paper work from the nurse. I waited and waited. The paper work never came. I asked a female nurse at the desk. She was very rude and said she has no idea. I said I have to leave. She said fine but I can leave at my own risk. I left. Btw a young lady was waiting since 6:30 am. She was really complaining. I feel most of your people do not consider patients as human beings. Treat them as animals! Positive experience: The wait was incredibly long. The doctor that finally came in was incredibly brief and decided to talk to me after I was given medication that affected my thinking therefore I was unable to ask the questions I needed to fully understand my diagnosis. The medication I was given didn’t work for one and felt a lot different than before. When I mentioned it to the nurse she said it was normal. When I told her it wasn’t normal for me she basically shrugged her shoulders. Always an unpleasant experience with this hospital.

Positive experience: Nice staff, long wait times. I was there before the rush and they still did take a while to get me around to the things I needed to do. I’m pretty sure the lady attending me forgot about me because I was waiting for about 15-20 minutes in a room for her to discharge me when another staff came in and discharged me instead. But I will say they knew what they were doing medically so I can’t complain.

Negative experience: While I do believe everyone does their best in most situations, I also believe there is a lot of room for improvement in their L&D. At one point I had to ask everyone to take a step back because 5 people were trying to do 5 different things to me at once, including take my healthy baby from me that I wanted to start nursing, and no one was listening to me. I am a nurse myself so even though I understand the possibility of things going wrong, I also saw what was going right in the situation, what was more of a priority, and what could have waited. I am grateful to those who truly honored my voice in quiet conversation afterwards, thank you. I hope there is future education within the unit that childbirth is natural and requires a calm and compassionate presence as a care provider always.

Positive experience: First time there and had not used an ER in a while, so it was awkward to be called back and forth from waiting room to have all tests done before seeing an actual doctor. I do think privacy not the greatest. The admit info given in the middle of waiting room and consult for results also in the middle of ER. But overall, I felt they were very efficient. Dr. Johnson was great.

Fantastic experience: I had such a good experience from the time I checked in until the time I was wheeled to the car. All of the staff were phenomenal and kind and it was a great atmosphere. I am so grateful for the staff that attended to me for my bone marrow biopsy because they helped me maintain my sense of peace and calm the entire time. Even watching and hearing the staff interact with other patients and staff, everyone was so genuine and kind to one another it was great to see. Thank you so much! Each and every one of you, especially the nurses !! Nurses, Y’all are seriously amazing people!

Fantastic experience: Hello I wanted to complement you on your wonderful service. I remember that my nurse Diana, an Iranian beauty, Brittany also a nurse and Don the CT tech were just awesome. I was a bit nervous before starting the test and Diana was so wonderful and calming me down and making me feel incredibly secure, what a great nurse, thank you. Brittany was so patient and pleasant to deal with and Don truly demonstrated his knowledge and expertise. All in all I had a wonderful experience at your hospital. Thank you so much.
