Positive experience: My therapist (Allen) was very good and took time to take a thorough history. The wait time was very brief. It was a bit disconcerting to see anatomy pictures on the walls that had multiple serious labeling errors, which did not instill confidence. Fortunately, the therapists ignored the pictures. The therapists also seem to keep good records and to read them. When a different therapist than my original therapist treated me (McKenzie), she was familiar with my case particulars and treatment plan and the transition was seamless.
