Fantastic experience: Called Select, specifically asking for Mike Smith, at the recommendation of one of the trainers at Pivotal Fitness, the gym I attend. Claire, my first point of contact was very kind and professional and got me in within a few days. Then she called me back with a cancellation the next day. Mike looked at my records, evaluated my range of motion, asked some excellent questions, and I immediately felt confident that he could and would give me the necessary care and homework to get myself back to normal. I have a pulled muscle under the right scapular. Two visits so far, doing my easy to follow workout plan at home and on the road, and back at the gym with modifications. Will see Mike this coming Tuesday, and can report steady progress. Also, the shopping center offers very convenient parking and shopping. Nice bonus!
