Green Physical Therapy and Wellness Center

Fantastic experience: They don't answer their phone. I've been trying to call all morning to confirm my appointment and nobody is picking up. Edit: everything good. They were having phone issues. I will come back, I think they can help me get rid of decade old pain.

Negative experience: some of the staff is nice and helpful, however I have had a negative experience repeatedly with Britney marshall in reception.

Negative experience: Green physical therapy: after driving an hour RT, we were disappointed in the facility and the disorganization. My appointment was at 1:30, we arrived at 1:15 and signed in. Nobody was at the front desk until 1:40 and she asked me to fill out paperwork when I had already done it online. I asked for Amanda, the manager, and she was off sick. Looked into the large room and it was full of people mostly on exercise machines. Since I was there for oncology/post cancer surgery of an intimate nature, I did not want to be exposed in that open area. It was all very busy. Nobody was wearing a mask. The waiting room was full and in the 30 minutes we were there only 2 people actually were taken back to a physical therapist. I left without seeing a certified lymphadema therapist, as I was uncomfortable with the surroundings and the lack of professionalism.

Positive experience: The therapists are great. The only thing is one of the receptionist and billing. I called a few days to cancel all the appointments I had left with my therapist. The receptionist asked me why and I told her that I wanted to see my doctor again since the exercises I was given were the ones I've been doing four weeks before my therapy sessions started. The exercises didn't helped me, and I noticed something else in my foot. Whoever answered the phone, used a rude tone and treated me like I was an idiot. I was not planning to write a review, but I'm hoping this will help me out, because two months after, they sent me a bill that I already paid for. I have proof of payment. I already called twice and no one has answered even though I'm calling during their opening hours. I also called at different times. I already left two voice messages with my contact information. I'm still waiting for their call. UPDATE: The owner called me within an hour of posting this. She was very apologetic and kind. My billing issue is in the process of getting solved. Update (next day): Everything is solved:) Someone called me to update me too, which I appreciate.

Negative experience: INSANE. I paid a $25 printout for a 3 page pdf of exercises i found for free on google. Complete waste of money.

Positive experience: I hate to write this review as I never leave like to leave negative reviews. Physical therapists are great here, specifically Harvey! She was amazing! The other aides are also very sweet and informative as well as doctors are great! Have no complaints there. However, the lower rating goes for the office staff. Crazy unprofessional whether it be forgetting on their end to the input proof of my copayment or hanging up with me on the phone after I was placed on hold for over 10 mins or just attitude overall…. In addition, this place is very booked out which unfortunately has caused delay in my post op therapy… Good PT when things go correct for you in actually accessing the appointment but office staff needs a conversation.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Green was very informative and took her time to understand my daughters concerns.

Fantastic experience: First time today and Dr Kelley did wonders with my leg, feel better already going back on Monday Anna was great too.

Fantastic experience: I love working with Sarah. She's friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely encourage anyone to see her for physical therapy.

Positive experience: Very dedicated staff on making those who were injured back to their normal self,they are very professional and very proud on help those, and their spouses getting back to normal

Fantastic experience: Dr. Green treated my teenage son. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure both my son and I understood everything that was happening. She created a comfortable environment and communicated frequently. She made sure my son was not in pain, but felt the discomfort needed to target the area that was causing him pain. Once she was able to isolate the area properly, she assigned him exercises to do daily. Overall this was an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best! I love working with Glyniss and Daisy! I love that she knows my goals and helps me target them can’t wait to go back Update, I have graduated from my program and I just want to leave an update because this truly was an amazing experience. When Glyniss learned what my goals were and how serious I was she did everything possible to help me leave feeling confident and ready to go conquer those goals. I am so happy with how I feel but I am sad that left my amazing team behind. Both Glyniss and Daisey were phenomenal and I just love the people that they are! If anyone has the opportunity to work with them, they should feel confident that they are in good hands. Can’t say enough good things about this office!

Negative experience: Nearly impossible to get someone on the phone to schedule an appt. Just hung up after 20 minutes on hold

Negative experience: When Rockelle picks up the phone you will understand why they get one star I was so upset this morning with a big speech that she wanted to give me and treat me like I was stupid I did not appreciate it at all and I was not happy with my experience in this place because of one person who picks up the phone who’s the face of the company she needs not to be.

Negative experience: This office keeps calling me and asking for someone else. I call back asking why they have my phone number and they have no idea why. They cannot manage their office.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit for back therapy. I have to say that this is the most clean and friendly physical therapy place I have ever been to. The staff are friendly and the environment is so lovely. Everyone is nice. Everyone seems to help each other out. I wish I could work at a place like this. Thank you all so much for everything.

Fantastic experience: Dr Glyniss Green provided outstanding physical therapy for my elbow. Dr Green provided me with me an excellent method to regain the mobility in my elbow. I highly recommend her clinic.

Fantastic experience: love Green Physical Therapy!!! The staff is amazing and Dr. Green is so wonderful! She cares so much and works hard to make sure her clients/patients and staff are taken well care of! They keep their clinic clean and sanitized! At this time masks are required. I've had to go there for Therapy two different occasions(a few years apart) and they always do what they can to help, and show you some pretty nifty exercises that actually do what they're supposed to! Always follow their lead they definitely know what they're doing!

Fantastic experience: Glyniss is fantastic. If you want to get well go see Glyniss. She is one of the best therapists I have ever encountered. She is so knowledgeable about the body and what it takes to help it heal. Also, she is so very personable and she cares about her clients. The first time I met Glyniss, I had just had knee replacement surgery and didn’t have any info about what I should be doing. Glyniss started rubbing my leg and all of the nerves started firing. I told her I was doing all I could do not to hit her. She laughed and said “go ahead it’s been done before”. Of course I didn’t and over time it got better. She got me to walking without any aid or a limp. Although I am no longer a client I consider her a friend. Her staff echoes her dedication and personality. You definitely can’t go wrong with Glyniss!
