Negative experience: Gave complete incorrect directions!

Fantastic experience: Jasmine Dr Kelly and the medical assistants are amazing. I personally have had the longest year dealing with family and life situations and Doctor Kelly and staff have shown the utmost compassion and they are just sincere! Jasmine is a rockstar she is very firm and confident following the strict guidelines of pain management in her own way but she also displays a since of compassion and caring helping to get you in and scheduled in a timely manner. I have been in pain management for 15 years now and never had such a wonderful experience then working with Synovation Medical. Do yourself a favor and work with them you won’t regret it. Thank you so much . Jasmine is a rockstar.

Negative experience: When I first started seeing Doctor Karen. She was great but after finding out that she's only giving me my shots every 6 months. My management before her was doing them every 3 months. So now the last time I had a shot was back in May. I no longer go to Doctor Karen.Thank god even though she's a very nice lady And the little girl Jasmine, she needs to go. She's a little B I t ch hand her a box and tell her to Pack her stuff and go.

Fantastic experience: I’m a newer patient of Dr.Caryn’s and I am relieved to have her as my pain management doctor. She’s compassionate and really listens. She’s willing to actually investigate potential causes of pain when it’s unclear. I’ve been blown off previously be various doctors and I walk into every appointment expecting to have to change doctors again. It shouldn’t be this way and thankfully that’s not the case here. Especially as a young person in their 20s, she took me seriously, and that means everything. I have DDD in my neck as we figured out via MRI (no other doctor thought to order one), and she also has experience with EDS patients which is very helpful as this is something I likely have.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Caryn Axtell-Kelly is one of the most compassionate, pain management Drs I've received care from. As a chronic pain patient with Lupus and other related illnesses, it's difficult to be taken seriously. Dr. Caryn truly takes the time to listen and provide a solution, not a band-aid. Has a wonderful, efficient staff that also treat me with respect and kindness.

Fantastic experience: This is the first pain management clinic that treated. me respectfully without discrimination, Caryn Axtell Kelley. Listened to me with without judgement and with compassion, and she encourage me to pursue a better quality of life I can now take short trips, and that is a milestone in itself. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Dr Keryn Axtell is one of the best doctors my husband and I have ever had. She is very thural with her exams and she genuinely cares about her patients.We commute two hours each way to our appointments that's how happy we are with our doctor.We have been coming for years to her office.We would definitely recommend her.

Negative experience: If you can go ANYWHERE else , do it. Front staff seems to change monthly. They are so rude and incompetent so many mistakes being made with people that are obviously there for pain management. Caryen seems overworked and has not been the same since she came back from her time off when she had surgery. I only see Dr. Lynch for procedures at this point but he seems pretty checked out too. I really wish there were more pain management doctor options besides this medical group.

Fantastic experience: First off Dr C is amazing her nurses switch in and out ALOT but hey and everyone picking on the front desk worker I love her I mean she deals with ALOT of stuff people trying to play her dumb but if you know you know but I have really been improving my pain and Dr even took me off one of mine but she will work to find a solution to your problems but take care of your pain so I love tthis place

Dr. Lynch is a kind person however I never met him and my case just fell to the wayside?! The quality of my life is horrendous I need to find Dr. Caryn Axtell-Kelly. Please get in touch with me. I had so much hope and promise ahead of me because of her belief in me. Thank you.

Negative experience: The front desk staff said I had to fax my insurance info and medical records before I could schedule an apt. Very rude and unprofessional front desk woman. They should make it easy and convenient for patients to schedule if they want your business.

Negative experience: So disappointed, my husbands provider forgot to submit his pain medication to the pharmacy because she decided to take the day off. Therefore leaving my husband in constant chronic pain. And no one in the office or doctor on call would do anything to help. Said there was nothing they could do till Monday. How does that help my husband all weekend long. He couldn’t even get up to use the restroom or shower. So not cool! WHAT A LET DOWN!!! I really thought they were better than the other pain doctors he has had. At least they never forgot to submit his prescriptions.

Fantastic experience: They make it convenient for me when I am unable to make it in person to my appointment, when chemo gets worse. They truly care & take pride in their services.

Fantastic experience: The staff is great and understanding. The doctors are great and helpful. I was in so much pain that I wanted to die. After the first consult w, Dr lynch he knew what was the causing me the constant pain.. after 10 yrs in being in pain. I finally feeling better. Thank you doctors and staff.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Caryn in Corona. I followed her from Chino to Corona even though it’s out of my way. She is the best. I’ve been going to Pain management I-will say about six years and she always helps when the pain goes bad. She always treats me well matter fact I think of her as a friend and a doctor That is the best place I can recommend if you suffer from chronic pain like I do..
