Fantastic experience: I've been going to this facility for over 20 years. I've had therapy for my shoulder, both knees after knee replacement, my feet, hands and neck. I've gotten great care The staff is helpful and very professional. You have to be there on time so there is no overlap in care.

Positive experience: I have experienced professional and helpful staff interactions. Would approve of 4 1/2 stars if they were able to provide more privacy, security for personal property safety and less crowded conditions. Initially, The evaluation process could be a bit disheartening because nothing is started prior to health insurance approval. Once your specific therapy begins approved and assigned to work with a certified physical therapist-treatment becomes more progressive. My results were: overall better at taking care of my self. The knee pain was significantly reduced, including pain medication needed. The physical therapist was very knowledgeable. Progress was measured by verifiable instruments; more than “How much pain are you in on a scale of 1-10.” I recommend not missing your appointments so that your improvement/goals can be monitored and adjusted accordingly. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
