Fantastic experience: My first time to need some physical therapy my health insurance sent me here. My initial consultation with Bao BP Nguyen Doctor of Physical Therapy was absolutely outstanding. Clearly Bao knows his stuff. Off the bat he knew exactly what was wrong with me. His professionalism and emphatic approach to his patients and humor is a breath of fresh air. I felt like I am not just another patient. He went through all stretches and massages and his instructions was very clear and easily to understand so I can do it at home. The staff also was equally great from reception to all the PT assistants. Never had to wait took me in immediately. I am absolute positive I would not get the same treatment if I went to my insurance hospital or PT department. Bottomline I feel much better and able to go about my day with less pain. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Kaiser sent me to Central Care Physical Therapy in Chino for lower back and hip pain. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted by Marlene who was very friendly and helpful. BP evaluated me and was very kind and explained everything to me. Very funny and made me feel so comfortable. Michelle was the physical therapist that helped me on my second visit and she was amazing. I'm truly grateful Kaiser is contracted with them! And it's close to home. I would definitely recommend Central Care Physical Therapy in Chino, California.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing facility and truly caring staff members. I never at any point felt rushed to get through my appoinment and watching them take care of other patients I can see how compassionate and patient they are. I always feel like they want the best outcome and love the fact that they have always called me by my first name making me feel welcome. My recovery has been painful but I am seeing results that I don't feel like I could've gotten anywhere else and I was given homework to do on my own to keep my progress moving forward. I am continuing my therapy while I have been returned to work but I am stronger now than I was before my injury. Thank you Central Care

Fantastic experience: Central care is a great place for physical therapy. They take the time to help you gain mobility and reach pain free movement.

Positive experience: They have multiple signs stating that you should arrive 15 minutes before your appointment, however this is the second time I've arrived and made to wait passed my appointment time. I mean if I showed up 15 minute after my appointment time I wouldn't been seen yet their okay with making patients wait. I so wished I was able to select my own location because this location isn't convenient for me especially with my injury. I can barely use my left hand.

Fantastic experience: I came to Central Care Physical Therapy to increase my range of motion. After my second visit, I noticed a big increase in my range of motion. Subsequent visits provided even more range of motion. I was also given a plan to work with at home. The facility was very clean and they’re very well organized. The entire staff demonstrates more than satisfactory knowledge of their jobs, with a personal caring touch.

Fantastic experience: Central Care Physical Therapy has helped me on several occasions in regaining my strength when I pull or strain muscles in my body. I've always been such an active person and its frustrating when I lose the ability to do the physical exercises I need. Christina who is the physical therapist Dr. at this facility is a miracle worker and my physical therapist Angel. Highly recommend to be treated here if needed.

They WILL take care of YOU. Everybody becomes family once you step into the clinic. Amazing vibe and more amazing people.

Fantastic experience: Best outpatient clinic hands down! I worked here for about 4.5 years, started as an aide and left as a PTA. If I didn’t move to a different city I’d stay here forever. I owe it all to the staff for teaching, mentoring, and supporting me through it all. I wouldn’t be the clinician I am today without them.

Through my experiences with Lauren the Occupational Therapist, I have come to truly love and appreciate the Occupational Therapy Field, but more importantly I have come to realize how therapists compassion truly makes a difference in the therapy that is provided and I draw inspiration from therapists like Lauren to one day become a therapist that upholds a strong sense of quality and safety for our patients. The Therapist's provide excellent care and always provide client centered care that is unique to each patient's condition. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering for a number of yes with chronic neck, shoulder and arm pain. Unable to lift my arms over my head. I also had tingling in my hands. After the third visit I could bend over with less back pain. My body pain is becoming more under control. The team helped me change my life routine by adding muscle training and exercises. I can say that the Central Care Physical Therapy Team truly demonstrates Professionalism patients and one on one care. Yes they deserve five stars. Fantastic experience: Central care Physical therapy is a wonderful place! I got graded so pleasantly by Nancy which was my first impression of the place. I broke my arm and was in the cast for over eight weeks and my arm was completely stiff. I was terrified! But if it wasn’t for Lauren my occupational therapist I wouldn’t have even been able to do anything with my arm. I cried and cried and she still saw me through it. She’s so very knowledgeable, professional, consistent, patient, but firm and very empathetic. I had to leave in the middle of my physical therapy because I’m moving to Northern California and going to miss her a great deal. But I am practicing what she taught me every day and will never forget. And Marlene was so very helpful and pleasant to me as well. I’m very thankful! I hope God blesses each and everyone of you at Central care physical therapy for all that you do for each of your clients. You truly are all angels .

Fantastic experience: Central Care Physical Therapy is my go to place for all my physical therapy needs. Here, you’re not just a number, you are family. I went here for rehab of my right knee after a total knee replacement in 2017. The main goal is to be pain-free while maintaining the maximum range of motion. I am pleased to report that the goal was met in a timely fashion. It’s now 2021, and I just had my other knee replaced and am now back for my rehab needs. I would not even think of going anywhere else. I highly recommend Central Care Physical Therapy to anyone in need of the services they offer.

Thank you very much Rosalie!! Indoors needs a major cosmetic Upgrade. Carpet either replace or completely removed filthy, walls fresh coat of paint, restroom, furniture upholstery raggedy. Fantastic experience: I was a student when I went to Central Care Physical Therapy. I have never been to an outpatient facility that had such an amazing staff. Right when you walk into the door, there is a smiling face waiting to greet you. My clinical instructor taught me how to really care and treat the patients from a different stand point. Even the aides taught me all the exercises that the patients will be performing and all the new equipment that I never used before. I was extremely nervous when I first went to my first outpatient rotation but when I left, I felt like I found a new family. Thank you for teaching me and mentoring me Christina. You have inspired me to become a DPT in the future.

Fantastic experience: When I came for the very first time, I still had my walking boot on, and barely can put that much weight on my left foot. Had a ruptured Achilles injury. The staff is very caring knowledgeable. I go twice a week. By the time I graduated, about two months of therapy, I can now put 100% body weight on my bad side, and move much quicker with agility! I'd recommend Central Care to anyone who needs physical therapy, they truly gave me hope again.

Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery on my ulnar nerve and was referred to Central Care physical therapy, to be honest I had low expectations due to previous experiences elsewhere with occupational therapy. This facility Is very different, the staff are always friendly and very welcoming. The atmosphere is great. I have to say hands down that Lauren the Occupational Therapist is absolutely amazing. She knows what she is doing , explains every exercise in full detail, she is patient, understanding and full of compassion. She has been amazing at distracting me from the pain by talking and interacting with me during exercising unlike other places that leave you alone at the table with a paper guide to follow with no help . I feel so much better since I started occupational Therapy and I owe It all to Lauren. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone needing Occupational Therapy

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here, they truly care about every patient and go above and beyond to help you get better trying different ways to help your pain. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and start your session because everyone is polite, smiling and they make you feel comfortable and work with you throughout your session. When I started for my neck pain and tension headaches I was miserable and in pain everyday, but now with the staff’s caring approach and trying different ways to help relieve my pain with different workouts I feel so much better and not constantly in pain. I truly do love Central Care Physical Therapy. They are the best and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Chris to work on my shoulder. My pain level was probably 7/10 when I first got there and after strengthening my rotator cuff it dropped to 2/10. They will get you there if you are willing to put in the work! Thank you for having me and I wish you and the team the best.

Negative experience: No communication in advance about discharge of service. I have a physical disability, and I constantly need to be working out my upper body. I'm not mad though. It is what it is. I'll find elsewhere to go.

Negative experience: Well you have a big long process of trying to get a referral then they take your insurance but then again they don't. You make an appointment & show up only to be turned away. Or you could pay $75 even though they say they accept your insurance. I hope they are good if they ever get to see you.
