Fantastic experience: I got epocondylitis surgery on my left elbow. Was having a hard time getting better until I was sent to prime. Dr. J and his team helped a lot with the improvement in my arm. I’m able to move it again and the pain has drastically gone down. Still need some work but looking forward to going back.

Fantastic experience: Great results is what you hope for. In my case I went in with a shoulder injury and have come a long way back toward full functionality and no pain. On top of the good results, they have a very upbeat and friendly crew that take the time and effort to interact positively with each and every client. A suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a refresh of the main area. It needs an upgrade. New lighting, furniture, flooring, more formal stations and new paint etc. To me the results and staff were top flight. The facility is not. Why not make it a top flight experience across the board? Yes I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: After a lifetime of martial arts I had multiple issues that I thought would plague me for the rest of my life despite having seen many different physical therapists & chiropractors over the years. After having been worked on by Dr. Mike my injuries are practically gone and I can finally work out regularly again. I cannot recommend PRIME enough.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a lot of therapy centers, but I don't see how any can be better than this. I've got shoulder problems that have improved in mobility and strength by more than 100% since I've been treated there, but I saw people getting ankles, knees, wrists, and necks being worked on. The staff is great, Dr. Mike is clearly up to date on all the new state of the art techniques. They've got a Nintendo wii exercise set up, pretty good all-around workout machines, bosu balls, swiss balls, medicine balls, etc. I'm not looking forward to getting hurt again, but I feel better knowing where I will go to get better.

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been great. I had been suffering from neck pain for over two years. I had already been seen by other physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists and many MD's. I had no relief until I met Dr.Javanmardi. After the first exam he found an abnormality in my neck muscles that that was missed by all the therapists and doctors I had been seen by before . He performed Active Release Technique on my neck and gave me a personalized exercise plan to relieve my neck pain. I began to notice results fairly quickly and now I feel better than I have in years. This is truly a life changer for me now that I don't have to live with horrible neck pain all the time. I'm so glade I found Prime Therapy & Pain Center and I would definitely recommend trying here first to anyone with pain or recovering from an injury, because not all medical professionals and physical therapists are equal.

Fantastic experience: My experience was painless!!! What a great team!! From start to finish, the reception team worked hand in hand with my insurance to make sure they received all that they needed. Dr. Javanmardi was extremely knowledgable and isolated the cause of my shoulder pain and worked with me until the issue was resolved. He gave me many helpful tips and an exercise routine as well! I highly recommend the team at Prime.

Fantastic experience: 3/2015 - Update - HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Mike & Javier - Saw them yesterday for shoulder neck issues & had my first pain-free night of sleep - haven't slept this well in almost 3 weeks - thanks so much - will keep up the exercises! Dr. Javanmardi and his staff are hands down the best and most caring in their field. After years of lower back & radiating leg pain, I have never met a group of people who take so much time and show so much caring in determining exactly what will work for your particular case and do whatever it takes to help you help yourself to feel better, improve in your range of motion and manage day to day living with less or no pain. The level of care is so much more than any other physical therapy place I have been to and I would encourage anyone to do their utmost to be referred here by their physician. I know for a fact that the different forms of treatment I have received under Dr. Javanmardi's care is directly responsible for my avoiding lumbar fusion surgery for many years. And, should that day ever come, then I know exactly who I want in charge of my post surgery recovery. I know I will be in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Boy was I fortunate to have found such a great location in Riverside to do my Physical Therapy for a total knee Replacement I had done at UCLA orthopedic in Santa Monica! While prepping for surgery I was asked where I wanted my PT from? I searched and found Prime Therapy &Pain Center to have SO many excellent reviews. I gambled and choose them. I am beyond pleased with my choice. Every appointment is punctual. ALL staff from front office - to all support staff AND Doctor are So friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have only GREAT things to say about my treatment therapy. I just needed to do a positive shout out for this business because it is so good.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a back injury that left a lot of pain and a long recovery. She started going to prime and we started noticing a difference in a matter of visits. She is now much better, able to enjoy our usual activities, like hiking and working out which she could not do before. The doctors are skilled and my wife says everyone is friendly and nice. She is happy, she now goes once every 2-3 weeks for maintenance as this is an injury that needs some extra care. From how she started to where she is at now, i will say she has had about 95% improvement.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Prime Therapy. They have a team of highly qualified doctors and therapists. I have liked everyone I’ve seen and each one has helped me on my journey to healing. I am having a second round of PT sessions at Prime Therapy for another injury. I was originally assigned to a different place by my insurance, but requested to continue at Prime Therapy. Even though it is further for me to drive, it is worth it for the quality of care I get. I feel like family as everyone calls me by name. I also appreciate their gentle motivation to continue with my exercises and explaining how each exercise is important. Fantastic experience: Great Care Received - Drs Mike & Mylissa are very aware of my spinal injuries and EXPLAIN what they are doing & why. Also they explain why the stretches I do are helpful, and if I need to correct how I'm doing something, they ARE watching me and repeat the instruction. Super attentive staff and very compassionate! Not off somewhere looking down at a cell phone, oblivious to what's going on around them.

Then I found prime therapy and Dr. J has worked miracles for me the staff is nice and friendly and very helpful. Fantastic experience: I had my lower back injury for three years now, and since then my ability to move was limited, I did my surgery 4 months ago and after that I started my PT with prime PT at riverside. Front desk ladies are great and very cooperative and fast and all physicians and assistants are professional and really nice and having a great conversations with all patients. Dr. Mike is my doctor and he is doing a great job with me to improve my movement! I like the atmosphere, team work and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient several times in past decades, always thought Prime Physical Therapy & Pain Management was great. I really did not know any difference until I had a change of insurance and was locked into a HMO and experienced how inadequate other facilities could be. I am so glad I changed my insurance in 2021 and was able to come back and get treated by the great caring doctors at Prime PT. Doctors Mike, J & Mylissa are all hands on. Their PT assistance are knowledgeable and guide you through your routine, while encouraging you. The ladies at the front desk are kind, polite, and helpful. Wellness and Recovery can be challenging, these folks make it so pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Prime Physical Therapy is an excellent facility. Dr. Mike is a great physician of PT, thorough with his analyses, and he listens. The therapists provide individual care and track you through your exercises during each visit. Their message treatments are generally outstanding. Fantastic experience: Great Team of Experts in Physical Therapy,; 50% of my shoulder pain, caused by super-aggressive game on the golf course, disappeared after the first visit. After suffering from pain in my hip for almost eight months I called a friend and she referred me here. She was right. I was treated for 13 weeks. I had an awesome experience and my condition was corrected. Dr. J is very professional and an expert in his profession. He helped me establish realistic goals, was very supportive of my process and journey. I was so impressed with his skill that I had my son and husband also treated by him and Dr. Kevin. Both my husband and son benefited from their treatments. We are so thankful for Dr. J, Dr. Kevin, and all the staff at Prime Therapy. The facility is very clean, spacious, and you are made to feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued as a client. Fantastic experience: Prime Physical is amazing. I've been to physical therapists before and so has my family. I've never been overly impressed with any of them. It's always been, you're a number, now here's some exercises to do, and I'll be back. Not here though, Prime raises the bar on what physical therapy should be. My wife tore the meniscus in her knee a few months ago. Due to several factors, her doctor did not want to do surgery. Instead he wanted her to try physical therapy to hopefully avoid surgery. On the drive back, I told her we need something different, something better than she has used before. We looked at the Google reviews and also Yelp. One stood out by far among the others. Everyone seems to love Prime Therapy. I now know why. From the moment you walk through the door you can immediately tell that this is not your normal physical therapy, these guys care. everyone of them! Right off the bat you are greeted by either Janine or Clare they run the front office and greet everyone-by name..They check you in quickly and handle all your paperwork. They also make small talk with their patients while they wait for their appointment, which has never been long. They are so friendly and make the most excellent first impression. You are then warmly greeted by the back office staff, Rebecca, Tae or Jasmine. They take you to your therapy station and get you set up for your appointment. They take their time with you never rushing. My wife feels so comfortable with each of them. They really seem to care. Then you have the actual physical Therapists, Dr. Mike, Dr. Jay, Dr. Mylissa, or MIchelle. Each of them is different and unique their approach to the patients care, but they are all on the same team with the same goal in mind, your recovery and healing. They are great individuals, and they get to know about you during the treatments to customize your care and make you the most comfortable with the results. But this isn't just Kum By Yah happy thought therapy, they really work you over with the goal of recovery and pain management every step of the way. My wife s tired and sore, but it's a good sore, if that makes sence. It's not the sore of my knee still hurts, but it's the soreness of muscles learning to cope with her knee, it's the soreness of a goal oriented therapy. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the care my wife has received. they all are top notch. I would recommend Prime Therapy to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my wife. She has come such a long way since coming through your doors.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so pleasant, the atmosphere in that place is always peaceful and welcoming... Reminds me of grandma's house; familiar and unfamiliar at the same time. They play good music too, I'm always moving & grooving! Overall, the fact that I leave there feeling good, especially when it seems like an hour has gone by in minutes, says something about these specially trained ladies & gentlemen. Bonus: Bianca can sing! I don't know where that little person gets such a powerful voice from, but she sure can use it.

Fantastic experience: Major shout out to Dr Mike and his whole staff. I went to Dr Mike in August of 2019 for therapy on my Left Ankle. I tore my talofibular and other ligaments while hiking. I enjoyed the exercises that they gave me and at first i thought they were easy but doing them with the proper form I really felt the muscles working. This wasn't my first time spraining my ankle (never this bad) and I thought I knew most of the healing methods but I was impressed with what I had learned. I ended up buying a balance pad for home and the the red and blue bands. I am very pleased with my results and highly recommend this facility. Justin Luna was also amazing, Rebecca and another young woman cant remember her name. Thanks again guys you rock!

Fantastic experience: I came to PTPC with severe pains on my right chest and minimal movement of my right hand. On a scale of 1-10 my pain level was 8. I was under prescription pain medications to be functional. Dr Justin examined me and started physical therapy on my first visit. After 8 visits I can declare that I can now move my arms without any pains. The pains on my right shoulder is totally gone and I believe in the next week I will have 100% movements on my right side and neck movements. Thanks Dr J. You are a miracle worker.

Fantastic experience: Just got done with 22 visits for a low back injury. I declined a multi level fusion. Dr J is very knowledgeable and helped me focus on working the correct muscles to decrease pain and increase strength. I’m not even close to 100% but I got much more out of it than I expected. Not all PT Dr’s are created equal. These guys do a good job.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Mike and the rest of his staff at his Prime Therapy and Pain Center office. I had been suffering with neck and back pain for many years and after my pain had become nearly debilitating I found out I had degenerative arthritis in my C5 & C6 vertebrate and in my lumbar region. I was shocked to find this our because I was only 41 years old. But after working with Dr. Mike, I not only had no pain but got full mobility back in my neck which I hadn't had for at least the past 7 years. Dr. Mike and his whole staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. They taught and guided me on exercises and also explained what was going on internally to cause the pain. Fantastic experience: Well we have been going there for a couple years for my brothers post stroke therapy and he constantly shows improvement . The Doctor is wonderful along with his PT assistants and the receptionist Clair is a gem.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Prime Therapy after spinal fusion surgery from a Cedars Sinai trained surgeon who stated that he only refers to Prime Therapy. Boy, was I impressed! I've been to other PTs but the staff are the best--extremely professional, kind, and most importantly, very well trained in their field. I have fully recovered and am functioning at 100%. Dr. Mike, and his staff--especially Claire, his front office manager make you feel so welcome, you really look forward to coming to physical therapy every week! I have never been treated so well and felt so much better. Prime Therapy is great!!
