Fantastic experience: I've had a few unexpected surgeries over the last few years. Each required a period of therapy. I'm so very very pleased my surgeon suggested Advance Physical Therapy. From the front office staff to the therapists it is a class operation. Sneha got me back to health brilliantly! You feel like they really care about your recovery and create a plan to meet your timing and needs. I have another surgery early next year. It is very reassuring to know that APT will get me thru again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend APT for physical therapy! The therapists and instructors who helped me thoroughly assessed the cause of my physical imbalances and prescribed treatment and exercises to alleviate the pain and strengthen weak spots. I thought all staff members were professional, kind, efficient, and good-natured - by the time I finished with my treatment, I felt much better - and I continue to do many of the exercises they gave me to keep problems at bay. Their centers were well-maintained and filled with a variety of equipment. I found the team here to be top-notch.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from a chronic pinched nerve that inhibited my right side of my back and neck. I have seen other physical therapists before and walked in skeptical, but was quickly won over by Advance Physical Therapy's therapists and staff. Dr. Ching and Dr. Smith were able to hone in specifically to the problem I was having and diagnose the problem. Their treatments and techniques were like none other and the treatment I received from the rest of their training staff were kind and professional. The experience was educational - I learned how to mitigate and prevent my injury with stretching, correct posture, and using a more ergonomic work set-up. Both clinics are easy to get to in Redwood City and Sunnyvale with easy parking and an amazing spa-like facility that's clean and pleasant. (I've been to others where the room is packed with people as if it were a gym during peak hours). I highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic experience: I started to go to Advance Physical Therapy a few months ago because of sciatic nerve pain which was making it difficult for me to walk, stretch, or bend over. At my second or third visit, I was practically hobbling in to their office. My physical therapist, Jason, started working on me, beginning with a very gentle massage. I have had a number of therapeutic massages in the past, most of which were pretty intense. My thought was, well, this is very pleasant but obviously will not do much to alleviate my condition.. After a few minutes of this soft massage Jason asked me to get up & walk. To my utter surprise & great relief, I stood up straight & walked like a normal person, with no pain. Needless to say, I highly recommend this practice & in particular, Dr. Jason.

Fantastic experience: I was having a very heavy feeling in my chest, shoulder/neck/arm pain for 6 weeks. I had went to several other doctors trying to find relief from this agony. After a few weeks of finding no answers, I paid a visit to Dr. Ching at Advance Physical Therapy, Inc. After a pleasant office visit, it was made clear to me that I had a form of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. He had me do various exercises and stretches several times a day. A few weeks later I started to feel a noticeable improvement in my pain. After a few months it was even better. I'm not sure if I will ever be 100% pain free, but I feel I am headed in the right direction with the help of Dr. Ching.
