Signature HealthCARE of Muncie

Fantastic experience: This place is a great place, very clean and inviting. The residents enjoy the activities that they do, and therapy does so much with them from bring in pets to doing puzzles and so so much more.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful stay at Signature Health Care. When I arrived with a terrible out of control headache the staff was incredibly caring and understanding about needing a dark and quiet room. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff or the food except the kitchen sometimes forgot the butter or salt (no big deal) . After the headache became more manageable, EVERYONE on the staff deserves to be commended for their excellent job. I would recommend this in a without a second thought. Thank you for such great care!
