Positive experience: The only reason I rate it at four stars is the absence of our sitting President and Vice President displayed on the honor photo wall. In every VA I have been in since 1974 a photo of our sitting President and Vice President has been proudly displayed. Why not now? Is the VA in Muncie Indiana making a passive political statement? It was good however, not to see Fox News on the lobby TV.
Fantastic experience: Top-notch facility! The inside of the clinic is nice, clean and the front desk staff were all very friendly. The intake nurse was polite and competent. My physician was on time and listened well to my concerns. He submitted me for the prescriptions I needed and walked with me as I exited the examination room. The entire experience was excellent.
