Fantastic experience: I have only been going to Ascend for two weeks and I already feel so much more confident and doing things a couple weeks ago felt I could not do out of fear of falling. Kelly is amazing! She is so patient, kind, caring and helpful ! Plus, I have loved each one of the young men who have helped with my exercises after my session with her!! I’m an 80 year old lady who has been given HOPE that I will be able to be a less burden on my children by living independently in the future!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to handle your balance issues. They are well run. My only comment is that their sessions seem to run for only 45 minutes instead of the usual 60 minutes with other physical therapy places.

Fantastic experience: Five stars well deserved. I came in for migraines and honestly did not think that physical therapy could possibly be the solution. The staff is well equipped with techniques and knowledge you can apply during and after your treatments. Not expecting such great results, I want to find something else wrong just to be able to come back. Such a phenomenal team. Fantastic experience: I was suffering severe pain for left side leg. Almost limping or dragging the leg.After MRI & CT X-ray, Neurosurgeon recommended me to get surgery. Spine Specialist recommended me to have therapy instead surgery. I went to Ascend Physical Therapy in Buena Park and it was cheerfully clean atmosphere. All therapists are young and speak bilingual. They are professionally skilled and do acupressure very knowledgeable. They are kind and passionate to patients. I even worried that their wrists might get hurt. After 2 months of treatment such as acupressure, relaxing muscle and exercise, I am almost normal to walk without severe pain. I strongly recommend this place. THUMBS UP !!!

It was such a relief to discuss my concerns with someone that has knowledge and experience in this area. I appreciate her attention to detail and empathy during treatment. Fantastic experience: Kelli Baruch is fantastic with facial paralysis issues, which I have from Bell's Palsy. I drive almost 1.5 hours each way to meet with her specifically, because there is no one else like her working hands-on in SoCal. I've already working with other PTs for these problems and Kelli is still finding more to work on, and teaching me more about my own face. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. I've been working with Dr. Gen for a couple of months for PPPD and she has been so helpful. I noticed a huge difference in how my symptoms have settled down. I know I still have a long way to go but I appreciate how slowly we're taking it. She knows when to adjust my exercises and listens to how I feel. I only wish it was closer to L.A. but it's worth the drive!

Fantastic experience: I have had a rare condition for which there was no help around the bay area. Ascend Physical Therapy was kind enough to accommodate me despite geographical constraints. I work with Kelli who is the very best. She is very thorough, patient and explains the potential underlying reasons, and the treatment plan in great detail. Fantastic experience: I am currently being seen for TMJ issues affecting my neck, which I didn’t even know exists, but my doctor referred me. They only have 1 chance to make a first impression and I was so impressed! From walking in the door to meeting Edgar, who spent so much time explaining the mechanics of what I was going through. Christina at the front was so kind! All around a great experience!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Ascend Physical Therapy are courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. I love having so much one on lone time with my therapist, Kelli. She has an excellent understanding of anatomy and physiology. She has the ability to adjust my treatment program to meet my needs while pushing my limits. She is compassionate and understanding and has helped me recover from 3 separate bouts of vertigo and the residual dizziness. Whenever my vertigo symptoms recur, Kelli brings me back quickly. I am about to turn 73 and have been proud of the fact that I have been so independent. I recognize Kelli as a huge part of keeping me moving and on track. I highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Ascend Physical Therapy primarily for knee injuries. However I’ve also been treated by Wayne for a lower leg injury, a back injury, and vertigo. My recovery from each situation has been due to not only Wayne’s knowledge, skill, and experience, but also his ability to listen during our sessions and adapt the treatment to best address my concerns. I believe It is this ability that promotes my complete recovery from an injury and not just temporary relief from the pain. I would highly recommend Wayne Chen for those needing complete recovery from injury.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a couple different physical therapy locations and for different injuries. This one is by far the top on my list. The are is setup nice with many features to help with your therapy needs. I was impressed by how much info I received from Wayne especially when stretching and doing different workouts. Many of the different therapy places I’ve been too have been the same boring routine and I felt like I was just there to check in, do a few movements and stretches and be gone... Not this location, I highly recommend it and I’m very confident the amount of attention, workouts and care received here will not disappoint!

Fantastic experience: If you suffer from a vestibular disorder, chronic dizziness, and have been brushed off by doctors, Ascend Physical Therapy is the place to go. My therapist Kelli works closely with a top ENT from the House Clinic to personally design treatments and home care exercises for me. She is extremely caring and knows me and my condition better than I know myself!! The entire office staff and assistants also go out of their way to make your visits positive experiences. I highly recommend Ascend!

Fantastic experience: I recently was diagnosed with Synkinesis and was referred to Ascend PT. I am located in Burbank/San Fernando region and drive twice a week to see Kelli Baruch and it is completely worth my drive. From the professionalism from their front office and always being so efficient, to the professionalism and compassion that Kelli has. I am so happy and can't thank them enough for the time and effort they take to make my experience so worthwhile. Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've worked with Kelli Baruch. She was my therapist 2 years ago after I had surgery on my right knee. This time around I fell and injured my left knee. Went to see an orthopedic Dr and he wanted to do knee replacement. Decided to get a second opinion from Dr Joseph Mayo in Yorba Linda. Instead of wanting to do knee replacement, he recommended physical therapy to help strengthen both my knees. He's the best!!! I knew I wanted to go back to Ascend Physical Therapy and thankfully I was able to have Kelli again as my therapist. She is very knowledgeable, explains the treatment plan in detail, is very pleasant to talk to and work with, and doesn't push beyond what I'm capable of. I love the atmosphere of the facility, and that it also has private treatment rooms. Everyone there is always friendly, from the girls in the front office, to the aids who are always kind and helpful with the exercises, I would highly recommend Ascend Physical Therapy to anyone looking for a place for treatment.

Due to Acoustic Neuroma- I became paralyzed on the right side of my face, also have balance and ear issues. Ascend Therapy specializes in my needs of facial paralysis, ear and balance. Fantastic experience: Had been experiencing random bouts of dizziness over a period of several months. On the recommendation of the House Ear Clinic in Orange I went to the Ascend Physical Therapy office in Garden Grove which specializes in dizziness and vertigo among other things. Under the care of Kelli Baruch and her staff the cause was immediately determined and successfully treated. That whole gang is just great. You can't go wrong by visiting Kelli and her crew if you are experiencing similar symptoms.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Ascend Physical Therapy and Balance Center (formally Balance Rehab) for some time. I was referred to them by the House Ear Clinic for vertigo and vestibular issues. I have been seeing Ascend Doctors Joseph Park and Kelly Baruch for treatments of these issues. Doctors Park and Baruch are exceptional physical therapists and extremely knowledgeable in vestibular issues. A physical therapy and exercise program was developed for me by them. Doctors Baruch and Park are very understanding, thoughtful, and patient. The aids who support them with the patient physical therapy and exercises also possess these qualities. In fact, the entire staff including the front office is exceptional. Before I started the physical therapy and exercise program with Ascend, I was dealing with frequent episodes of vertigo and dizziness. With the treatment I have had at Ascend I feel like I have gotten my life back. Thank you Doctors Baruch, Park and the Ascend staff for your treatments and care which for me has made such a dramatic improvement in my life. I believe there is no better place to go for balance and vestibular issues than Ascend.

The physical therapists listen to you and help you based on your condition. I really felt heard and my condition has greatly improved since I started coming here!
