Marketplace Physical Therapy and Wellness Center - Downtown Riverside

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for physical therapy for injuries I sustained at work and post surgery for both of my hands, both of my knees, cervical, and my lower lumbar. The staff is very professional, kind, and thorough. I appreciate the fact that they listen to what I am feeling on that particular day, and plan accordingly. They each have their own method of treatment which I find can be very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the team at Marketplace physical therapy enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and tailored my treatment plan to address my specific needs. The therapists and aides are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable and understood every step of the process. Dr. James was very helpful in working with me to try different treatment plans to see what worked best for me. I have noticed a significant increase in my comfortable range of motion in my shoulder from when I started. If you're looking for a supportive and effective physical therapy experience, this is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: The Marketplace staff is friendly, caring and sensitive to the individual needs of their clients, but most importantly they are all knowledgeable. Within the first month of my therapy here, I canceled one my appointments due to a death in my family and the staff here sent a card to my address. I see the camaraderie in the way they interact with one another and the friendly but professional way they interact with their clients. Although the therapy can be tough for me at times I see where it is totally worth it. I gave them 5 stars because I made a good decision when I chose Marketplace Physical Therapy on Mission.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the work they do! Helps with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, chronic pain and fatigue, and migraines. Have really helped me to recover after my c-section. Make sure to talk to them if you’re chronically ill about how to cancel and reschedule properly so they don’t discharge you :)

Negative experience: They NEVER EVER answer their phone! I got a bogus call from these people. They buy data from 3rd parties to get business. Scam alert!

Fantastic experience: I have only attended a few sessions of physical therapy at this facility. During these sessions I have appreciated the kindness and friendly attention of the entire staff. The therapists are knowledgeable and attentive. Few people actually want to go to PT lol but my experience there has made it a good experience.

Big CI (Dr. Monica) and little CI (Dr. James) were amazing CI's who value patient care and helped develop my treatment skills. Facility is clean, well kept, and prioritizes patient needs.

Fantastic experience: Post operation, ruptured achillies, in February 2024. I started PT at a different company and made the move to Marketplace Physical Therapy (Riverside location). What a difference. I started Marketplace in June and have had significant improvements in range of motion, flexibility, and strength. Dr. James and Dr. Blake, have been amazing. They listened to my concerns and goals, reviewed my case, and made a personnel treatment plan. They are progressive with their treatments and use the latest treatment modalities. For example, the graston technique, cupping, manual manipulation, and the Hyperice Normatec boots. I am excited to continue working with their friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled physical therapist and technicians. If you need physical therapy, this is the place. My only complaint is that the front office will only schedule 2 weeks out. They also need to add a calf machine to their inventory of gym equipment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Market Place Physical Therapy. The staff is excellent! Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. My Mother-in-law has been going there for a while and they always give her The best care and therapy for her knees. Her therapist Adrianna is excellent and truly helps keep her mobile. Everyone there is awesome! The Doctors ,Receptionists, and Therapists all go above and beyond to help you. MPT is a wonderful place.

Negative experience: Estoy muy decepcionada del trabajo de las personas que agendan Las citas. tuve problemas con mi carro re agende cita y me trataron muy mal diciendo que no había citas para mí que había cancelado y tenía que rogar llamando hasta que tuvieran una cita para mí se les olvida que ellos trabajan por los que vamos ahí pero dado a su trato no vale la pena que reciban pago de nuestra aseguranza pues no hay respeto por los parientes.

Megan is my physical therapist and she is amazing. She takes her time. She helps me to deal with the pain and she motivates me, I have improved so much in the past four weeks by going to marketplace physical therapy

Fantastic experience: Welcoming and helpful, I was referred for recovery from surgery on my knee and I felt the therapists were very helpful keeping an eye on how I was progressing and changing exercises as required. The space is nice and the equipment in good condition.

Fantastic experience: Hands down this is the best physical therapy & wellness center I’ve been too in the I.E. The whole staff from front desk to all the staff in the back this place is a 10. I wish I could come everyday but I can’t when I am here they all treat you with respect and the energy is good. I’m trying to keep my referral extended all the time lol. But really a great place they work on getting you well and back on track. Yes 1000% recommend!!!

I recently started my Therapy at this place, Dr. Mathew is an Angel, he is one of theeee most humble, polite humanbeing i have met.That reflection shows within rest of his team, everyone works there are well trained Professionals. I have been to few physical therapy places but this place raises the bar for all. I have not visited any of their other locations except the one on Riverwalk in La Sierra Hills One of the best area to live and work in Riverside .
