Sawtooth Physical Therapy - Nampa

Fantastic experience: The people at this location are very friendly, very kind, and very compassionate. They are also very funny and make going to physical therapy not so dreadful. I got to work with both Bryan and Steve and they both helped so much in my recovery process. I worked with both for about 3 months each. Steve is very good at helping you feel more comfortable and Bryan is great at pushing you (and making you laugh while doing so). They both are also great at connecting with you on a personal level to make you less guarded and help you trust in them and the process. I highly recommend both these PTs!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoyed going to PT at the Nampa location. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Brian was my PT. I really liked how he always checked in with me on my pain level and how I felt I was doing since my last visit. The exercises were adapted to my needs and ability. When he felt something was too easy for me, he was sure to push me to work harder. I appreciated the support and motivation. I finished therapy with a great list of things I can do at home and was encouraged to reach out to the staff if I needed anything.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give 10 stars. Bryan, (Bend It Like Bryan) was very attentive to my therapy and what was needed to reach my rehab goals. I was rehabbing from a Total Knee Replacement surgery. He adjusted my therapy to my activities I enjoy, mainly pickleball. It was spot on to doing the karaoke to side to side movements. He gave me the confidence that I could enjoy my game. His fantastic knowledge of the bodies anatomy was impressive. Of course I asked a million questions about what I could expect and he always had a great answer that I could understand and put into action. I believe we became fiends in my therapy. While I’m glad to put this phase of my recovery to an end. It is fair to say I will miss Bryan and the front desk. All the best, Jeff

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience. I was very skeptical about going in after shoulder surgery that it would help… but I could feel an improvement after just one visit. Literally not possible to do what they do for you on your own. They care about your recovery and the Nampa team…Bryan, Steve, & Angie were great to work with in every regard of the process.

Fantastic experience: Clinic Manager and Doctor of PT, Brian Stednitz and his team do an outstanding job. A++ The entire team are experts in their fields, knowledgeable, professional and funny. I had multiple issues with my back and knees. Bryan helped me get back my strength, flexibility and taught me how to continue to improve everyday going forward. Thank you Shout out to the amazing Angela who manages and coordinates all the many tasks to make everyones day easier to handle and enjoy. Highly recommended for all your PT concerns.
