Fantastic experience: I highly recommend, I have been here several times and the care is always excellent, I have seen Jennifer Trost PA she really takes the time to explain diagnosis and treatment.

Fantastic experience: In response to the lady calling Chelsea rude, you’re not telling the whole story. She nicely told you they were not taking any more patients several times and she offered you an appointment for the next day. Then YOU started yelling, in front of us other people in the waiting room and in front of your daughter. She gave you a business card, and on your way out you yelled at her that she was a “stupid a$$ who’re” so please, tell the whole story or don’t tell it at all.

Fantastic experience: This was my first experience with an urgent care, and I was so impressed! Previously being a Kaiser patient, it was either a visit with my PCP or an ER visit and no in between. I had an ear infection right before my scheduled work trip, needing me to be on a plane by the end of the week. Every person I interacted from front desk, to the MA, to PA Jennifer Trost, I felt welcomed, heard and cared for. I was recommended to come back a few days later just to confirm that the infection had improved/hadn't affected my ear drum before my flight, and had a second wonderful experience. I was lucky enough to have PA Trost again, and am so grateful for her kind and empathetic nature. You can tell she truly cares for her patients! I would have no hesitations to come back again, and to recommend others to this clinic. Thank you to all the members of my care team I interacted with - I appreciate you!
