Joint Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I had 5 sessions with Lindsay to address some serious knots in my shoulders, neck and base of my skull. She worked with me to help me understand the underlying causes and trained me on a wide set of exercises I now use to build up strength in those areas along with lifestyle changes to eliminate the sources of the knots in the first place! I really appreciated her listening, concern and encouragement that through some fairly simple effort on my part this frustrating pain can be resolved!

Fantastic experience: As a personal trainer, I had heard of Paul many times from my clients as the "go to" person if you had something wrong with your body! When I had my own (shoulder ) issue, I called Paul and made an appointment! He was very professional and made me feel comfortable right way. He sent me home with a series of exercises that helped my injury heal completely. I have since sent several clients and students to Paul who have all had success. Fantastic experience: I had a complex knee fracture after a ski injury and came to see Paul for my rehab. At my first visit, I had just started walking and had lost nearly all of the strength in my leg. Now, after only 8 visits, we are working on running again and gaining that last bit of strength to start the ski season again. Highly recommended for professionalism , expertise and quality care.
