Fantastic experience: Casey is the best! He details why you are doing certain movements and how it will affect your muscles. Unfortunately, this is not my first injury, but if I am in need of PT, it’s Casey all the way!

Fantastic experience: Full service, professional staff. Scheduling was accommodating. Clean waiting room, with a closet to hang your coat. I appreciated a quiet (no blaring TV) waiting room. Appointments were always on time. I like that they have patients wash their hands upon entry. Bright and open excercise area. Therapists were all professional and friendly.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from debilitating vertigo that was not made better with medication or at home exercises, Stacie helped me with her expertise in vertigo and I finally feel normal again just when I was beginning to think I would have to live that way forever. Stacie was very attentive to my needs and concerns and operated with confidence. I definitely recommend Stacie for all your vertigo needs!

Fantastic experience: I broke my ankle at the beginning of May ad started Physical therapy at the beginning of August with the goal of being fully recovered for a CrossFit event at the end of September. Overall I had a really smooth recovery and was able to go into the event pain free without any limitations!

Fantastic experience: I went to the Nashua location beginning in Jan 2023, and saw Matt Modelane. I had debilitating upper and lower back pain, as well as excruciating pain down my right side, through my outer calf. Matt took it one body-section at a time, and I gradually got stronger and more flexible. He recommended I see an orthopedist to make sure nothing else was going on. I needed — and got — a right hip replacement. I saw Matt right up until surgery, where he helped me with pre-surgery exercises, and a week after surgery I was back at Apple, working with Matt. At week 2 I was feeling extraordinary, and was way ahead of schedule. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery, and feeling great! I recommend Apple Therapy, and Matt in particular, for a thorough, thoughtful, and effective PT experience. With each session Matt would add a twist to an existing exercise, or introduce me to a new exercise, which enabled me to strengthen myself at an appropriately correct pace. I found Matt to be encouraging, kind, and understanding, with a good sense of humor and a down-to-earthiness that made me want to go to my sessions, instead of dread them, which I know is the case for many. When I need PT again, I will seek out Apple, and Matt in particular. THANK YOU, Apple and MATT!!
