True Performance Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: As a chiropractor, and having worked in an integrated clinic in the past, I understand the value of a great physical therapist and thus I will occasionally co-manage my patients with a PT.. however I've never needed a PT for myself, until recently... I hurt my back after taking a hard fall. I recovered within 5 days but a couple weeks later I started getting numbness and weakness in my right quad. It seemed like an L3 disc herniation so I decided to manage it on my own by doing decompression therapy, but it wasn't helping. A few weeks after that my right quad had atrophied and I knew it was time to seek help outside of my scope of practice. This when I decided to go see Dr. Sean and Dr. Stephanie. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Even as a chiropractor, I learn something knew every time I go there. For example, I learned that after my injury my brain had repatterned how my right quad fires, essentially turning part of it off. We began treatment and they were immediately able to get it firing again, but now it was time to teach my brain to do this on its own. We saw improvement with each treatment session and now it is almost completely back to normal. They are experts in their craft and truly care for each and every patient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Sean is very knowledgeable and caring. I had a broken collarbone and his exercises and information were amazing to get me healed like new. It didn't take very many visits. He made sure I was comfortable going forward to make sure my shoulder would be stable and not have any relapse. Sean is also very personable. He made each appointment fun :)

Fantastic experience: After years of shoulder issues - pain/stiffness/weakness - because of various small injuries and subsequent overcompensation, I met with Dr. Jordan. He diagnosed the issue, explained it very clearly, and created an effective plan, focusing first on awareness, then mobility, and later adding some strength training. After a few months, my shoulder feels better than it has in years, and I'm engaging in activities with far less pain during and after, and with a far better understanding of my posture/mechanics.

Fantastic experience: We chose to work with True Performance for my son’s rehab after torn ACL and Meniscus repair. As an 18-year-old athlete playing on his university’s club lacrosse team, all he wants to do is get back to playing. From our very first visit with True Performance, just days after surgery, Sean has been engaging, encouraging, and completely thorough in his explanations on WHY the exercises he is prescribing are important in my son’s recovery. They have talked at length about future treatment and how Sean will prepare Carter to safely return to sports with a better understanding of his body mechanics, to reduce his risk of re-injury.
