Fantastic experience: I could not recommend PHRC more, specifically Liz Akincilar. Liz is an industry leader in Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation and she has clients that come see her from all over the US. I personally saw Liz for nerve related pain after a very traumatic experience with a Pelvic PT in my home state that was not knowledgeable in how to treat nerve related pain. I can confidently say that not only is Liz very knowledgeable and well-versed in treating nerve related pain (which is hard enough in itself to find) but she will without a doubt find a way to tailor a PT plan that is acceptable to each individual patient depending on how their body reacts. Liz is the most kind, understanding, and dedicated person that I have ever met in any medical capacity. With each of her patients she is 100% committed to helping them achieve pain relief. With her it’s not just words on a website, she is committed to helping you see results. I saw Liz weekly for 5 months before returning to my home state to continue PT with a different therapist after I saw significant improvement in my symptoms. In my last weeks Liz happily answered every question that I had so that I would feel prepared when starting with a new PT and being able to tell them what worked and what didn’t. Before I left Liz told me her hands aren’t special because she wanted me to feel comfortable seeing a new PT, and that may be true, but she is special. If you need a PT that will help get you on the right track when you have tried everything else, come here. 20 out of 10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience working with Lydia! The focus of treatment was on preparing for labor and delivery of my first baby, strengthening core and pelvic muscles to help with pregnancy aches and pains, and learning how to manage pain during labor using different positions. I had received very minimal education on all of these topics through my providers and birthing class, so I was a bit nervous as I approached my due date. Lydia was a godsend. She provided hands-on, fully interactive education on everything I would be able to do during the labor process, giving me options and tools so that I felt empowered when the day finally arrived. She also included my husband in every step of the process, coaching him on different ways to support me and provide pain relief. He was so grateful to have direction, purpose, and the knowledge necessary to help me through labor. Based on my experience, I fully believe pelvic therapy is a necessity for pregnancy and highly recommend Lydia for the job!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center in Merrimack! I worked with Lydia and she was amazing! She is very kind, comforting and was a joy to work with. Lydia really listened to my concerns and worked with me to to achieve my PT goals. She taught me so much and gave me tools to use outside of PT. If I ever need Pelvic PT again I would go back to see Lydia asap!

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Melissa enough for all her help over the last few months. She’s super knowledgeable and has an incredibly comforting personality. I would recommend her a thousand times over, and I’ll definitely be heading her way after any future pregnancies!

Fantastic experience: I'm amazed at the interaction of everything in the pelvic area and Liz has done a wonderful job explaining this all to me. A very professional office with a very professional therapist. I highly recommend Liz for people, men and women, that have issues in this delicate, intricate area of the body. I feel confident that with Liz's help I will reduce my symptoms and improve my quality of life....that is my goal.
