Elevate Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Danielle for any physical therapy/rehab needs! I began seeing Danielle for an ankle sprain and was able to surpass the level of strength and stability that I had even before my sprain. Her individualized care, knowledge, and attention to detail helped me recover fully and get back to my activities. Would definitely use her services for any PT needs in the future!

Fantastic experience: I met with Danielle after a year of struggling with pain while I was running. I usually avoid doctors, chiropractors & therapists in general, but knowing that Danielle is a fellow athlete & runner made me so much comfortable. After just a few sessions she was able to pinpoint the cause of the pain & had a variety of exercises for me to strengthen the areas that were weak. She is very knowledgeable & professional , I am so happy I decided to give her a try. Every day the pain is less & my flexibility is improving! Fantastic experience: Few people have the opportunity to work with a Physical Therapist like Danielle at Elevate PTR. Danielle has vast knowledge of exercise science, along with her professionalism, and commitment to helping her clients reach their goals. Danielle took me on as a new client towards the end of last year. I sustained an injury in August causing me significant pain in my sitting bone radiating down the inside of my leg - resulting in the halt of my physical activities until my pain became more manageable. Although my pain is not completely gone, Danielle has taught me how to make the mind muscle connection to activate my weak glute muscle and to work at my current pain level but to stop if pain increases. With a blend of table exercises along with the re-introduction of some of the exercises that I once did, keeping injury prevention in mind, I’ve been empowered to take on these exercises with more confidence, as I approach them within the limitations that my body allows. Danielle has the experience, knowledge and competencies to get her clients to their next normal. I highly recommend Elevate PTR for physical therapy.
