Fantastic experience: Found this place local to me And read the reviews so I picked it as my chiropractor. I have received A+ every time I go there attentive to my needs. Very accommodating. The staff is great. I feel like I get great service every time I have an appointment. I would recommend Jared and his business.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jared Bornstein and his staff is Awesome!!! Atmosphere is so warm and Peaceful. Dedicated workers!! You won't leave the same way you came. I always look forward coming in for treatment. Staff is very pleasant and they all work well in the spirit of unity. I definitely would recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to NJ Health and Performance Institute for about 5 months now and I have no regrets. I see Dr. Bornstein for adjustments for back pain and I do PT with Jake and Yonah for my back and neck. They have all helped me tremendously especially with relieving the pain. The whole staff is amazing, they are always in a good mood and keep the office flowing and running smoothly. Scheduling also is never a problem because they are always very accommodating. I am very happy I decided to get my treatment here and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My back was bothering me for a few weeks so I stopped by to see what was going on. Dr Bornstein was super helpful and determined because of my extreme weight loss my spine needed a realignment. After a few visits 2 times a week I feel better than ever. I have a few more visits left before I'm done with treatment. I'm going to continue to do maintenance visits once a month. Almost every time I go in I am taken before my appointment time and out within 20 minutes. Staff is very friendly, and are extremely helpful with scheduling.
