Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience at Hudson Valley Physical Therapy! Deana is so skilled and excellent at her profession. I needed to receive therapy months after having a C-section. Deana was so incredibly helpful in my recovery, assisting me with the sensitivity and compassion that I needed at every session. The targeted exercises she provided during sessions and for at home practice made me feel much stronger, and I learned how to prioritize my health and recovery. I wouldn’t have been able to feel better without her help! I am so grateful and appreciative. Gina at the front desk also is so pleasant and does a fantastic job accommodating any scheduling needs! Every mom should receive therapy services here postpartum!

Fantastic experience: Hudson Valley Physical Therapy is top notch. I was diagnosed with pelvic floor muscle spasms and pelvic pain after having a myomectomy. Since seeing Dr. Geri White, she has turned my life around. She is very knowledgeable about pelvic health and stays on top of new treatment options. On top of that, she listens intently and adjusts her treatment accordingly. I am now 100% better thanks to her. Her treatment is priceless. Gina works at the front desk and she is also a gem.

Fantastic experience: If you are experiencing pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, hip issue etc after having a baby, Hudson Valley physical therapy therapist will help you get back to normal. Deana is the therapist I would recommend. She is so personable and makes you feel very comfortable and optimistic. She is thorough and provides weekly homeworks and check ins to get to you back to your life. Gina, the receptionist is very friendly and very organized and makes sure you are scheduled weekly, she keeps you updated every step Of the way. The Hudson valley team has been so helpful in my progress and I would Not have seen these results if not for them. It’s important to note this practice allows you to bring your children to the session with you. Which allowed for me to maintain my appointments. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Worked with Erin as my PT. Found her to be highly professional. She took the time to ask questions, listen to my responses, and explain her plan as well as the steps she was taking. She was also clear about what I needed to be doing at home. In addition, she had a really nice and easy going personality. I also appreciated the ease and flexibility of scheduling appointments.
