Fantastic experience: Mark is such a skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist. He was able to figure out what was going wrong with my back when no other doctor could. After a few exercises, my lower back pain disappeared. I would definitely recommend Mark at Select Physical Therapy! The physical therapy location is very convenient and clean. I’ve seen a lot of improvement after seeing Mark for my 2nd case - arthritis in my upper back & neck this time that I developed from leading a sedentary lifestyle. I’ve been an athlete all my life (doing gymnastics, surfing, and yoga) but couldn’t figure out what to do about my back. He worked his magic and helped me to improve my posture and get stronger, and now I’m able to do the activities that I love. I’m able to breathe better and sleep better as well. I’ve seen different PT over the years but Mark is the best one. The office is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet plaza in Newport beach- I’d highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Christine Russo is an awesome physical therapist because she is patient and pleasant with her patients. When I came I was in severe daily pain and after a week and a half of therapy I’m barely feeling any pain, plus my sleeping has improved tremendously.

Fantastic experience: Mark really helped me a lot with strengthening my hip area during my six sessions with him. He is an expert observer and was highly experienced and professional in understanding my issue and how to resolve it. In my case I have already gained strength and flexibility, and he empowered me with exercises I can do at home to continue to improve functioning in the problem area. He also manages the Newport Beach location and does a great job balancing the outstanding delivery of hands on physical therapy and keeping everything productively humming at the site. I highly recommend him!

They are kind, attentive and understanding. Parth has never made me feel like a burden and always listens to what i say. He created a very personalized plan for my recovery and I have made significant progress since I have been going there.
