Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend natural health enough. I was having some serious knee issues with my running and after only a couple sessions, I was already seeing drastic improvements. Tanner made me a personalized workout plan that has massively aided in my recovery along with specialized treatment for my knees. Along with top of the line treatment all of the staff is super friendly, environment is very inviting, and it is very clean overall. Natural Health is definitely worth a visit for any aches and pains!!

Fantastic experience: Where to start? I had bone on bone vertebrae (the other doctors said, I needed surgery) in 2011, I'd surfed for 34 years at that time and built surfboards for 25. A coworker kept hounding me to see Dr G, but I'd seen every "backquack" from Santa Cruz to San Diego. On the verge of being disabled I made an appointment. I brought my MRI (he laugged), and he said, we'll have you out of here in three visits. It took two, and I was laminating 16 boards a day, paddling outriggers, spearfishing and surfing. With his method of treatment and exercise I've never had to take a day off for my back. I moved up north for eight years, had some joint issues other doctors couldn't resolve. I relocated back to Orange county, and went to see him with a C1,C2 accute Jefferson fracture, and shoulder pain. Just got out of my 3rd appointment, my neck cracked about 50 times, the interns zapped me with those machines, and I'm fixed. Unless you're terminal this guy will fix you. Updated; I'll expound on my review by bringing attention to Mike Peck, Dr Mark, and Dr Andrew. All who also are incredible at their jobs, and have helped me. The entire clinic is impressive.

Fantastic experience: The team here has always taken great care of me. I have had many rugby related injuries and they get be back to playing in no time. I have been going here for about 3 years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: This place helps some of the top athletes in the world and I'm lucky enough to get to the same treatment that people like Kelly Slater gets. Aaron, my P/T guy has given me great things i can do at home which really has helped me with my attitude towards my pain, of which i have ALOT! The entire place is so friendly, flexible, knowledgeable and the atmosphere is just a real positive experience when you walk in there. I'd recommend this place to anyone on the street or my best friend!

They have a laundry list of high profile clients who are more than happy to write them thank you notes and messages of praise - (which are posted all over the walls)! They rock! Its nice to go to someone who is so well renown! There office is very quaint, and subtle; not showy whatsoever. They mean business, and will get you well, guaranteed.

Negative experience: I went to this place because my current chiropractor doesn't require patients to wear masks, in fact, his receptionist doesn't wear one, and his patients all are treated in the same room, with no cleaning in between, and it is dark with no open ventilation. The Natural Health Sports Therapy web site claims "All of our staff are wearing face masks and are observing the 6-foot social distancing guidelines as much as possible during your visit with us." This is a lie. I went there today for my second visit and out of probably 15 people in the place, 4 were wearing masks, one of them me. The two receptionists at the front desk were not wearing masks, a man in the office across from the front desk wasn't wearing a mask, someone who I believe is one of the physical therapists was standing in the hall, without a mask, a patient running on the treadmill wasn't wearing a mask, and a couple of other patients on the tables weren't either. A friend or patient, not sure which, walked in with a mask, and when he saw the receptionists not wearing them he asked if he had to and they said No! Then another patient walked up to the front desk without one also. I told Dr. G on my first visit last week I came there because they tout how careful and clean they are, so this wasn't news to them. If people observing the mask wearing practice is important to you, don't go here. I gave them 2 stars because the treatments seem to be good, but they aren't protecting you as they say on their web site.

Fantastic experience: Dr. G is a miracle worker...... Do yourself a favor if your looking for relief and pay the man a visit.

Fantastic experience: I started going here to strength train with Mike Peck and Jacqui Wood, and ended up also seeing Dr. G for various issues. For anyone who is looking to get or stay in shape, or re-establish a workout routine after going through rehab, I strongly recommend Mike and Jacqui. Also, if you have any sports related or other injuries, you cannot go wrong with Dr. G (or Mark or Aaron for that matter)! The Natural Health team is the best!

Fantastic experience: This is the SEAL TEAM SIX of physical therapy! They fixed my neck that was hurting so bad I couldn't sleep, drive, or even laugh without blinding pain. In Orange County there are a lot of options for PT, massage, strength training, and chiropractics but this is a pro-athlete favorite for a reason. Just walk in and look at the walls: Gold medal Olympians, coaches, and sports pros have all brought in autographed pictures thanking Natural Health for keeping them in the game. Some fancy places might have one or two "endorsements," but this shop has so many you cannot read them all. I will go no other place.

Fantastic experience: I go for the strength training by Mike Peck and Jacqui Wood. They're excellent. I would highly recommend this if you want to get in shape or are training for a specific sport. It's great for supplementary or primary strength training.
