Each one is highly gifted in their field of therapy/study. As a result there is a palpable positive energy and a strong healing culture which keeps the clients on course for a life changing outcome. I was able to learn a new way of life and healthy ways to behave, while regulating my emotions so I don't use. The staff was a phenomenal resource in my treatment. Fantastic experience: I recently went through Oceans after many failed attempts in the past. I didn’t have the confidence that I could actually maintain sobriety. The AMAZING staff at Oceans met me where I was emotionally and helped me through the hard days. I got honest with myself and the staff and they made a treatment plan based on my needs. They didn’t treat me like just another client like many others places tend to do. For that I am forever grateful because it allowed me to trust them. There’s a unique feeling of family at Oceans. After the clinical groups you would find guys involved in ping pong tournaments. We would have a community BBQ and Breakfast every week. We would have groups on the beach to change things up. We went to meetings every night to get plugged in to the local community. These things made it easy to be there and actually focus on the work I needed to do. I could say a million amazing things about the staff but to sum it up in a few words.. they all truly care about helping people get back on their feet. Addiction is hard and recovery can seem just as hard at times. It starts with who you surround yourself with and I can’t imagine a better group of people than the ones working at Oceans !
