Positive experience: The food service has gone from good to Very Poor recently. The facilities are clean & the physical therapist's are Great but a number of the nursing assistants have Very Poor attitudes, Very, Very Poor towards the clients as well as visitors & family of the clients. I frequently hear that they don't want to properly clean & care for said clients... Unfortunate. This place is going Down Hill as far as patient care is concerned !!!
