Fantastic experience: “ When I first went to see Mark at Elite Performance I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a traumatic brain injury from a surfing accident almost 14 years prior to my first treatment. I figured the lingering symptoms that I had were going to be with me permanently since I had them for so long. During my first treatment it literally felt like my head was a deflating balloon with the amount of tension that was released with his ki release therapy. I’ve been getting treatment for 6 months now and the results have been amazing. I can move my neck much better, I can concentrate and focus much better, my vision has improved, and my exhaustion has improved greatly. Overall it feels like much less drag on my system. Fantastic experience: Mark’s chi healing method should be taught in physical therapy schools worldwide. He gets to the root of the problem. For example, my shoulder pain stemmed from my ribs. I’m completely relaxed after every session. My shoulder is strong now. Best part is, the rest of my body (neck, spine, hip) is also improving, be it range of motion, strength, and biomechanics. I’ve had blood-flow restriction, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, gyrotonic, Pilates, acupuncture, soft tissue work, traction, neuromuscular re education… I wish I had skipped all that ⬆️ But hey, you can benefit from my disappointment. Fantastic experience: Mark is brilliant beyond words. His healing powers are straight from heaven and I feel extremely fortunate to have him as my doctor. I have broken my back, elbow, leg, and torn tendons in my pec, and legs. And years of tackle football has crippled my neck. I love to surf but my lack of flexibility from my injuries has been a nightmare . For years I have surfed with a seriously tight back and frozen neck and I've had to force myself to sleep at night. In just 4 weeks, Mark has freed up my back and I have at least 50% more movement in my neck (and still improving). I'm now surfing as good as ever and have a pasted on smile. Thank you so much!
