Emily, the owner, is so well educated and goes above and beyond to help you. I've been to several PT clinics in our area over the last 20 years, none come anywhere close to the excellence of CLPT.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about finding and working with a physical therapist for pelvic floor issues after four pregnancies. I feared it might be awkward to discuss post-partum issues. Instead, Holly, Kelly and all of Crystal Lake Physical Therapy made my three months of therapy incredible! I learned so much about how my body works, all that it went through during and after pregnancy, and how to regain strength and confidence. I went from being afraid of having to rush to the bathroom on a moment's notice to being able to complete a marathon without any accidents. I can honestly say I am a little sad that my time at therapy is over, because the CLPT office makes you feel so welcome and like a part of a family. I already miss seeing Holly, Maddie, Sean and Kelly! Thank you all for your incredible work and for making me confident in my body once again.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is amazing! I went to several visits with Emily for Pelvic Floor Therapy to prepare for the birth of my son and she did wonders for my back! I have yet to give birth, but I feel more prepared than I did even after my birthing class. Everyone in the office is upbeat, happy and positive and I highly recommend to anyone who is pregnant or postpartum for PFT, but also anyone who needs a PT.

Fantastic experience: The people at Crystal Lake Physical Therapy are wonderful. While dealing with my shoulder issue I saw two professionals. Gem was so skilled and professional in treatments delivered as well as friendly and encouraging. Holly too was knowlegeable and professional with therapy. She was friendly with a humorous flair of encouragement which is good to have. Sean, who I saw once or twice, was equally as good when I had physical therapy with him. The whole staff is very inviting and welcoming which makes it delightful. I am very happy with my care a Crystal Lake Physical Therapy.
