Cassena Care at Norwalk

Positive experience: It is the holiday week. My brother had broken his shoulder and 3 ribs. He has difficulty eating with one hand, the other arm in the sling. He was given purer food which he did not eat. I had to feed him food until the regular med staff can change his diet plan again. The food staff was very concerned that he was not eating . The phones that were suppose to be upgraded are still not working even the front door phone to call for staff is not working.

Fantastic experience: Both Cassena Care at Norwalk and Cassena Care at Stamford, have achieved 4-star status, with hard work and dedication. Many improvements have been implemented by CT management and short term and long term patients and residents are treated with respect and dignity. When one rates them with one star, it's toward out of state, not the CT facilities. There is also a new state of the art Dialysis Center, located at the Norwalk campus.
