Fantastic experience: I've been here for about a year and Michelande is the best aide ever. Shes a very gentle and warm hearted person. She made my time here comforting. She's phenomenal. . Without her I don't know if I would had made it thus far. I thank her for allowing me to keep my dignity during my worst time. I never approached anyone as much as do her. Thank you Michelande! YOU ROCK KEEP DOING AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB! My family an I appreciate all you have done for me

Fantastic experience: I have had very positive results at Autumn Lakes facility. Amy Espinosa is excellent and takes her time making sure your loved one is taken care of. She even gives you around the clock contact with her if you have any questions or concerns.A++++

Fantastic experience: Ms Amy at Autumn Lake is the absolute best out there! Theres still great people in our world; from the moment my grandma was admitted until today she has fought for her, done and continues to do everything she can to help her have a great experience while healing as stress free as possible. Fantastic experience: Our mom who is 90 had to have hip surgery (pin procedure) and needed rehabilitation for a short period of time. Sally and her staff were amazing. They treated her with respect and compassion, her therapy sessions were fantastic. In a world where people have been so quick to criticize, we have complements. The facility is older but very well equipped and clearly capable of handling large numbers and doing it well. We in our haste forgot some important items and the staff put them in a safe environment, with everything in tact. This alone makes this a 5 star ???? organization. Thanks again.
