She’s helped transform my body from the inside out honestly, teaching proper breathing technics, and focusing on form so you’re always doing the workout properly. Fantastic experience: Came to Kinesis for a running gait analysis and worked with Ryan. It was a great experience and the techniques we went over have been really helpful to my running performance. I've seen improvements in my cadence, mile times and efficiency as a result. He was also able to give me a plan to help the mobility in my ankle I broke a few years ago.
