WellBridge of Novi

Fantastic experience: Writing this because I know families will look and wonder if this is the right place for their loved one. The old reviews from years ago do not match our experience. My grandpa is so happy we found care here for his rehab stay. It’s clean and modern like a Marriott hotel. The staff has been responsive and kind. He’s especially grateful for the top notch Physical Therapy he’s gotten 2x daily (even on weekends). He’s also enjoyed the food and the fact he can order something a la carte if needed. The company has been communicative about his potential discharge date and very helpful navigating insurance. We would definitely recommend this place under its current management and staff. Thanks for the great care!

Fantastic experience: After seeing the care my aunt received here, I felt the need to leave a review. The staff put every effort in to making my aunts recovery incredible! They were attentive, personable, passionate and caring! All of my families questions were answered thoroughly and promptly with an explanation that was very understandable. The facility itself was very clean, presentable and very welcoming. Her food seemed delicious, at least it smelled good and looked good as well! I have to rate Wellbridge of Novi a 5 Star facility because of our experience there. Kudos to this building and staff! You all were delightful to work with. Thank you!
