Motus Rehabilitation- Novi

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say first and foremost that genuinely I adore the staff at Novi. Alessa, Kali and Sebin are so nice, kind, compassionate, genuine and so good at connecting with their patients including myself. I am all about customer service, compassionate and genuine care as I too work in the medical field with patients and know that this makes all the difference to patients. I can say that even though I know these ladies see a lot of people in day, I've watched how they have interacted with each patient and see that each patient is not treated like "just a number". Each lady makes sure to connect with each patient. I wish we had more people in the world like them. Best experience I have ever had. Thank, I adore these gals!!
