Fantastic experience: Everyone is very amiable and knowledgeable. This is my first visit and vitamin infusion. I did fine. I’m 75 years old.

Fantastic experience: I’m more than pleased with the whole crew at NIVA. Amber was very helpful and informative in explaining the benefits of each treatments and helping with the financial aspects of the program. She also has a great personality. Rachel always goes above and beyond with my treatments and helps care for my legs and feet. Yay loves sticking me with the IV’s and explaining the benefits of each injection. Kyle is very essential in getting me a Care Credit account and set up my finances. He also is very helpful in getting me set up for all of my treatments. All in all, I am having positive results with my treatments and I’m encouraged that I will one day dance out of the office with Amber without my cane.

Fantastic experience: These people are the best! Was a little leary at first, but it turned out to be a great experience. Neuropathy not totally gone, but much improved. Great staff, great facility, efficient, caring, and understanding. Explained everything, and did what they said they were going to do!! Treated me with respect and worked with me all the way.

Fantastic experience: I've had 7 red light treatments for my neuropathy & about 65% of the numbness & tingling are gone plus when I touch my feet I can feel the skin of my hands again. The staff are always very polite & helpful & the lobby & rooms are always very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
