Positive experience: Today, Nov. 18, 2023. This was my first time here. I was on time for my 3pm appointment. Unfortunately i had to wait 1.5 hours until i was seen by Dr. Troy. He was very professional, apologized multiple times for the long wait time. He was still jovial even after seeing multiple patients and after performing surgery. Upon leaving i interacted with Amy who's the receptionist. She was extremely pleasant and kind. Although i was not happy with the long wait, I still left with a smile. Overall i didnt give 5 stars due to lack of short staff and long wait time.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Troy, Adam, Keri, AMAZING. Dr. Troy explained everything so I can understand it. Adam made me feel like family. With these guys you know you’re in good hands. Keri was so nice when I walked in, they always have a bit of a wait but worth every minute. Best doctor in the business.

Fantastic experience: Dr Troy is friendly and easy to talk to. He explains diagnosis and treatment options really well. He asks lots of lifestyle questions and gets me involved in treatment choices. After treatment and physical therapy I am feeling much better and active. Thank You.
