Body Smart

Fantastic experience: We live in a world where we often get pulled into misinformation about how to workout, fad diets, and most things regarding personal health. BodySmart has given me the tools to live a healthy life. I now have the knowledge to live healthy, on my own, through the program. Getting older, I found myself unmotivated to be healthy and was suffering from chronic pain from past injuries and low energy. My willpower wasn’t sustainable for what I wanted for myself. BodySmart helped me mitigate my pain and I am working to meet my personal health goals through my own diet and exercise which is mentored by a couple of fantastic guys with PHDs. I am so happy with the program. BodySmart is for everyone! The peer reviewed and scholarly research based education on how to prevent falling into injury and poor health is so vital for everyone. A true lifestyle modification program where everyone’s journey is different and the goal is to become sustainably BodySmart for yourself for the rest of your long healthy pain-free life. Fantastic experience: I had injured my Achilles Tendon and planter fasciitis. I had not run without pain in almost 2 years. I had seen doctors and physical therapist. Doctors wanted me to have shots to cover the pain. The therapist worked with me and got me to where I could walk without pain. My insurance said I could have 12 visits a year. I had reached the end of what was allotted. Then I discovered Body Smart. Cameron has work on my Achilles and my planter fasciitis. I am now running pain free. I am able to use the uplift treadmill to take some extra weight off and keep me running. He has given me strengthening exercise and a running plan. We talk about running and running books. We talk about my running goals and how I can achieve them. I recommend Body Smart to anyone who is wants to get back to their sport. Cameron knows what he is doing. He is passionate about getting athletes back in the game again.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Garber at Body Smart Physical Therapy very consistently for about a year now and I have been nothing but impressed with him as a person and his business. The trajectory of my running career has changed immensely since I began going there. His knowledge about training and staying healthy as an athlete combined with the top of the line equipment he has available makes this place a necessity for anyone wanting to improve there athletic ability or to get over a nagging injury!

Fantastic experience: Cameron and the staff at Body Smart are excellent! Cameron has helped me understand how I can train by heart rate (VO2 Max). Following his training plan this year I was able to achieve my goal of running a marathon in under 3 hours. I felt good throughout training, the race and after the race. I injured myself early on in the training (careful playing soccer folks) but Cameron helped me through the injury and I was able to get training and build up the miles again quickly. I would suggest Body Smart to anyone. Thank you Cameron, it was a great year!
