Fantastic experience: Jake is the best! He explains everything extremely well and if you ever have questions just ask. He always takes the time to explain things in a very understandable manner. If you’re having trouble with an exercise he always has an alternative method. This is the second procedure knee/shoulder he’s helping rehab. My surgeon has been extremely impressed with my progress in both instances ! P.S you get out what you put in. His programs are extremely beneficial!
