He always asks very thought provoking questions and pushes you to do things that aren’t comfortable. He is a true role model and has created a environment that is very welcoming but also challenging

Fantastic experience: Ive been here a few times, and every time Mabel on the Adolescent unit makes the entire stay tolerable. She's very engaging with the kids, and is probably the best one there. She gives more help than the professionals in my opinion. There are a few staff members that aren't the best. And there were some private complaints made about them. But in all honesty the stay is good, the food is great- the chef guy looks like Johnny Depp. They have good treatment plans and are very understanding and acceptable to less fortunate circumstances. It's also very accepting of trans, and LGBTQ+. Aspen Grove, (formally known as Provo canyon) is the best treatment center I've been to, and I will 10/10 recommend to others. (Special thanks to Mabel again, she made me feel wanted and cared for)

Fantastic experience: This place saved my life. I was depressed and committed into the inpatient facility a few years ago. I would have inevitably died otherwise. There are not a lot of staff, and understandably there is not always enough people for a current situation. However, the staff there genuinely care about the patients and made me feel accepted and comfortable. Being committed to a mental health facility can often be a very negative experience because it strips away a lot of free will and the ability to make decisions for yourself. It is critical that you let go of some self-autonomy and focus on receiving support. When you don't think you can keep yourself safe, you can trust the staff here to do it for you. Even at my most vulnerable, sad, and depressed, was only ever treated with respect and kindness at Provo Canyon.
