Minus 250 Degrees Cryotherapy and Massage Therapy

Fantastic experience: Amazing. I went in right after running 42 miles. A run I hadn't trained for but did it to celebrate my birthday. I "walked" in sore and walked out feeling close to normal. In fact I walked to a nearby restaurant for dinner. 3 days after the run I didn't feel any affects in my legs. I'm certain this was due to the cryotherapy. The owner is really kind and it's a great place. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Minus 250 is a great place for recovery therapy. Brock and everyone he works with are very knowledgeable. Brock is very convenient with your schedule and makes sure the Cryo chamber and Bemer bed are ready for use. I am a teaching tennis pro and came in with lots of aches and pains. Positive experience: The Cryo was a great experience (which I’d do again), but the other machines seemed more like pseudo science. Prices all seem arbitrarily set. Brock was fantastic at making you feel welcome and guiding you through the process.

Fantastic experience: I came into -250 sore, tired and with a hurt shoulder! After the cryotherapy I was feeling energized and rejuvenated! The owner Brock kindly gifted me a Beamer treatment for my shoulder, then unexpectedly his partner came through the door, he happened to be the head adjuster. He felt my shoulder and put my shoulder pack into its place. They really took care of my buddy and I, they explained what the different treatments were and why they are effective for different benefits. Great job at a very affordable price! Thank you!
