Fantastic experience: Best clinic in the nation. You get treated like a person not a number. I've been to so many clinics and this one is by far the best. Except for their interns Sean Nigel he is by far the worst thing to ever walk through those.

Fantastic experience: True north was a life changing experience for me! The therapist and councilors are very knowledgeable about their jobs and are great at helping figure out what works for each individual client. Would highly recommend true north to anyone and everyone wanting to change their life.

Fantastic experience: I love true north. My therapist is awesome he understands addiction. The doctor is amazing, I use to go to true north a few years ago (like 6-7 years ago) And the doctor then wasn't so great. And you'd have to give a clean ua to go up on your dose. Which if you're new to getting clean you know that is hard to do so like most addicts I tried packing pee and being dishonest just to get more of the medication I need but now I can get a increase on my dose. The dosing nurse always is checking in with me to make sure my dose is good and how I'm doing overall. I feel welcome from the moment of walking in the door until I leave.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Kim R. My counselor and the staff here. Everyone has always been extremely supportive and welcoming from day 1. After 7 years at the same place in Arizona my move this clinic was a little nerve wrecking but I have had an amazing experience here. My counselor is always here for me and she is super enjoyable. No BS and she has been one of the main reasons aside from Marie the nurse that I have maintained through some down times but have been able to keep on track. I love these ladies and actually look forward to seeing them. Mercedes at the front is always super friendly and very much a cool person to chat with when you first walk in she always has a smile and is on point. Definitely the best place to be if you need help. The other counselors seem very laid back and supportive of their clients as well. I have never once heard any of them bad mouth clients or fellow staff. Either! If you need help, this is the right place.
